The sandwiches and coffee were delicious. The service wasn’t amazing. Very slow and stand-offish. I wasn’t in a hurry so I wasn’t too worried about how long we waited for our food, and the girl making our sandwiches apologized for the wait. The lady that took our order wasn’t rude, but also wasn’t friendly. The atmosphere and the location both are cozy and relaxing. It’s definitely a nice place to just sit and hang out. It does have mostly outdoor seating though. Overall an okay experience, just lacking a bit on the service. (:

The indoor seating is bar stool and limited, but during the summer the deck is lovely and on the back of the building so it’s protected from the bustle of the highway.
We happened on the shop when we needed some charge for our EV. There’s a charge station at the Garrett Co Visitor Center a 2 minute walk away.

The hot drinks were scrumptious and amazing! Staff were incredibly friendly and the cafe was a perfectly warm haven in the winter snowstorm.

Been coming here for years and it’s always consistent, fresh and inventive using a full plate of vegetarian friendly foods mixed with omnivore fare. Because of COVID it’s takeout only now, but the porch is still a pretty nice place to take your take out to.

If you want microwaved food this is your spot. I’d rather McDonald’s. The girls behind the counter were far more interested in their own chat then customers. Bagel with cream cheese is a Thomas bagel untoasted with a single container of creme cheese. They won’t even put it on for you.
