This was my second time eating at this location. Both times that I ate there the food was great. They cook everything fresh as soon as you order it. You are not getting leftover fries from the last order or anything like that. Being that it is fresh, it took a little time, but in the end, it was all worth it. The workers there are nice and know what they’re doing. The chicken tenders were juicy and they actually taste good without any sauce. The fries were crispy, but not hard. The cheese and bacon on top of the fries stole the show.

Food is decent, would be better if they did the customer orders first that were taken in store before they do the mobile orders so that you actually get your food. Instead of your fries sitting on the counter getting cold all while you watch them finish all mobile orders before they finish yours and than hand it to you COLD!

I actually have great experiences at this Wayback burger. I used to get the kid’s meal until the cashier pointed out a deal that was cheaper. I don’t know how many of their burgers I have eaten, but they are always fresh and delicious. The staff is happy and friendly. I should try some of the other stuff, but the basic burger is good. Sad to see there are some negative reviews on here. I see the owners are selling this location.

This place is expensive, considering that the it’s one of the few places to eat on base. Service is always blah… They have one guy who seems like he is always on break walking around the dining area while a line forms. Burger tasted good but for $18 I feel like I should get more than a burger and 13 tater tots.

I enjoy getting food from here. Every time I come Allegra is always greeting with a smile. Food is always hot and cooked to order. 10/10 when Allegra makes my milkshakes.

Got to Wayback around 4:35 and asked the worker if they were still open, told me no then proceeded to give me an excuse on why we can’t order anything after 4:30. Not rude but very unprofessional. This was not the first time either. Both instances were around 4:30ish. I just want people to be aware Of some of the things going on. Went to Panda Express right beside them and asked if they were open and was told yes and got food and it was actually really good. Moral of the story, they should close the same time as everyone else, it’s about holing people accountable.

I ordered the double bacon burger which they were able to put on a lettuce “bun” for me. The burger was really good. Juicy flavorful and not over cooked. I opted for a Caesar salad instead of fries. The lettuce was fresh and the Caesar dressing was tasty.
Would definitely recommend for a quick bite.

Coworkers all had #2 problems shortly after eating lunch (burgers) Guy at counter made a racist remark when I asked if I should go with the chicken or the burger. Can’t believe this is operating on a base. I did end up getting the buffalo chicken tenders, but the quality wasn’t there at all and neither was the effort. They basically just squirted some sauce on top. Drive 5 minutes to slim chickens or 5 guys.

Tasty burgers. I like the burgers here but the prices are way to high for burgers. I thought 5 guys was high but this makes 5 guys look cheap. One thing I don’t like about this place is it doesn’t have combos. You have to order fries and drinks separate. I’ve never been to a burger joint and hear that before. The staff was very friendly. I order the bacon double char and the redo burger. Both were good. The fries were hot and crispy. This place is located at the food court in the Navy Exchange at Pax River.

I’m traveling and stopped here to get a burger since I was craving one . Never Again , the place was dirty . The lady kept touching her face and not changing her gloves . Burgers were mushy , which to me means undercooked , nothing was seasoned , fries had no salt either. Hopefully I don’t get sick going home . Next time imma stick to what I know
