The baconator burger was AMAZING. My husband had the double cheeseburger which he also liked. But he ate mine and said he loves it more! Service was great. Will definitely come back.

This past October marked the first time trying here after roaming around Old Orchard Mall. That’s one thing I love about Morton Grove and the neighboring towns, plenty of good eats to explore.
Was in the mood for a burger at the time so Smash It it was. I must say the burgers are really good here and definitely not your typical burger joint, the taste just hits a little different.
Great tasting burgers & fries at reasonable prices in a clean & cozy setting with friendly service; will gladly come back if ever in the area again (we live in northeastern Lake County, IL) and wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

I ordered from Smash IT Burgers last night and honestly had a really disappointing experience. The fries were half-cooked and dry, almost like foam. The onions were cut into huge chunks and not even cooked through. It really felt like they just threw in whatever leftovers they had at the end of the day. Very disappointing — I expected much better quality from this place.

I like to say “good food makes a soul happy”. When I’m having a tough day, nothing satisfies like good food. I ordered a double smashburger through Uber Eats, and it arrived warm with crispy fries. Everything was packed neatly, which made me excited to dig in. The burger was fantastic!! soft, perfectly seasoned, and the smash sauce was great! Unlike other places that over-salt their burgers, this one was spot on. I’ve found my new go-to spot. The fries were also a good portion. I’ll definitely order from there again, as long as they keep the seasoning consistent bc too much salt can ruin a meal!

Atmosphere is bit underwhelming. 7 tables seating 2-4 ppl each. 1 TV. However, food was made fresh and was pretty good for our first visit. A bit pricey for their can sodas 4.25 not sure why not sell bottled pop instead for that price. Overall would visit again

Okay… not sure where to start here but I’ll try. Let’s begin by saying I ordered this food very late (1:03am) didn’t have many options so this is where we landed. The order contained a pizza pocket, a Philly cheese steak, and their buy one get one free cheeseburger. Upon arriving we got there on time for the eta and stood at the counter. After being ignored for a while we took a seat… nearly 45 minutes later I got the order that we nearly cancelled, which I wish we did. After getting home we noticed a burger missing from the order, the cheesesteak being almost microwave grade, and the pizza pocket being packed in a LITERAL FROZEN FOOD BRAND. This entire order was $70 and I cannot begin to explain how insanely cheap our food tastes, I’d say this is probably worth $20 or less. The main reason I’m so passionate about this order is that this place seemed to be serving friends and family like kings and regular customers like scums… which is barely acceptable when the food is amazing. But it wasn’t. I’m going to assume this place will close down within the next few years but I hope it doesn’t, I’d love to see them succeed in a better way but this is not the direction to go. (Ps, don’t serve frozen foods in the original packaging l)

Quality was fine but possibly the most bland burg I’ve had. Both the beef and chicken smash burger were not smashed properly with any crust, the meat is completely unseasoned and super dry, pretty much just tastes like nothing, the sauce and toppings also had like no flavor.
Wouldn’t really recommend this place unless it’s your only hala burger option in the area but it’s fine.

Great spot that I stumbled on randomly one day. The burgers top notch and so are the fries. I wish they had milkshakes but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Mohammed the chef also hooked me up with some extra sauce and was super cool about it. Overall a top notch restaurant with some top notch people. 10/10 I’d recommend it.
