Went through the drive thru tonight. Feeding 4 people cost $43. Pretty expensive for fast food. Especially considering the quality of what we received. All our drink cups were about 3/4 full of ice. There was not much soda. The fries were so short and small most were less than 1″ long. I ordered no mustard, but wanted ketchup and mayo on my burger. Got mustard and no ketchup or mayo. The receipt had it accuratr, but it wasn’t made that way. This visit was kind of a bomb. Given we very rarely eat out, it will likely be a very very long time before we are back. Two stars because the burger was good, despite the wrong condiments on it.

I thought I’d take the family here to try it out. The quality of the food was a step above other fast food options in town, but not as good as our local favorite burger restaurant. Service was good. I would love to see the burgers a bit thicker, and the cheese fries were excessively salty, but otherwise the burgers and everything else we ordered had pretty good flavors and everything was prepared and served quickly. There’s definitely a little room for improvement, but also definitely still a solid option for fast food.

To the person who walked out to hand me my food, thank you! You did nothing wrong. I’m sure that I was the one that got everything confused and didn’t talk clearly because I was also looking at my wife and talking to you, so I apologize for that, thank you guys for fixing my mistake.(that was last time). Today I came and I had gotten an ice cream and a milkshake. We had gotten everything but got two straws and we wanted one spoon. Well we got ignored… multiple times. There was a guy where the fry cups are and every time he looked our way he looked at the floor. And he looked our way before that, so I know that he knew we were there. Then there was a lady at the burger station wiping down… AND I MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH HER WAVING she quickly looks away and starts avoiding us too. Come on Freddy employees. You guys are better than that, ignoring customers when we pay money for our food is ridiculous. I even honked ✌ smh. ALL WE WANTED WAS A SPOON!!!!

Me and my group went through the drive thru. Really good drive thru. We got some ice cream. Don’t know if it’s 100% vegan though. Tasted vegetarian though! So it was good. Just wish I could eat more at this location. Most of the menu is meat. Which is sad. But the ice cream is good! Thank you!

It’s worth mentioning this first that this fast food restaurant has only been open since July, so it’s still really fresh in Cheyenne. With that said, I think they are off to a great start. This visit I’m going to rate them on was my second time coming here, but the first time was just a quick visit, so it was hard to judge things. But this visit I’m going to discuss was a full dining experience. I’ll start with the food. It was very fresh and tasty. It came out in a timely manner. The burger was so good!! Even though the fries are small in size, they are very delicious and leave you wanting to order more. The cheese curds were made just right with the cheese cooked well, and the crunchy exterior had the right crunch. Now with the service. I have zero criticisms for the service. The young people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I talked to a few of the front counter employees, and for them, it was their first job, and they did a good job. There were a lot of front counter employees, so it did look a bit cluttered up there at one point, but they were acting professional, so there were no complaints there. I think a minor critique I have is that they need to keep up with the dining area a bit and wipe down the tables a little more often. The only complaint I have has to do with the parking lot so it has no bearing on the food, service, or dining area. I do not like the drive thru and how it’s designed. I witnessed for myself when I pulled in how dicey it gets when it gets busy. When it gets busy, the cars from the drive thru start overflowing into the outside road by lowes, and that could be problematic. Overall, my rating was as close to a 5 stars as it gets like a 4.90. I look forward to visiting this restaurant in the future to see their growth.

The fries were so stale we actually left them in the bag. I wish Freddy’s still valued quality over improving their drive thru times. Why am I paying for a good burger and terrible fries? They were cold, stale, and flavorless. This is sad.

Our family had a great time at Freddy’s today. The cashier did a great job of answering our questions and got our large order correct. The friendly staff in back served us great food. And two crew members checked on us while we ate. Many thanks for a great meal!

I had a great experience with this location and staff! Their grills were down unfortunately but they let me know before I ordered, and offered a discount for the inconvenience on some items. Once I ordered, the wait in the drive thru line was taking a little longer but I didn’t mind. The person in front of us drove off, so I accidentally paid for their meal not realizing it wasn’t ours. The manager on duty I believe it was, was so kind though and she refunded us the meal we paid for, and then comped the meal we actually ordered and she gave us the other order too. I could tell they were having a stressful night but everything was handled so well and the staff was very kind! I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name who took care of all the confusion, but she was amazing!

I’ve been here multiple times and usually have no problems but today I went through the drive through got back and discovered mold on my burger. I tried to call multiple times with no answer. Would highly recommend checking your food before leaving
