The food and coffee are great. The service is a tad slow. I waited over 20 min for 1 drink. I had to call the store and cancel because I was going to be late for an appointment. But they still have great food and beverages. The staff are nice and pleasant. It just sometimes can take a while, which if you’re in a rush or don’t have time to spare it might not work in your favor.

I went yesterday after work, I almost always use the drive-thru but this time I wanted to go in to look at the menu, I ordered a frappuccino and a tall girl served me, who was not at all friendly, she gave me my drink and I left, when I got home and after drinking my drink, I noticed the disgusting message she wrote on my cup, it said you reek! I will definitely not go to that place again!!! They are rude employees!

The slowest Starbucks in (literally) the world. This Starbucks always takes 10+ minutes to get a drink out and the order is usually wrong even after waiting that long for it. I’m not sure if it’s a management or staffing issue because it’s consistently bad every time I’ve come. Save yourself the trouble and walk into target to get it, it’ll be faster and more accurate.

Urgent Concern Regarding Incorrect Order and Poor Service – Starbucks Store #8372

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience that occurred this morning at Starbucks Store #8372, 2000 East West Parkway, Fleming Island, FL.

At 8:44 AM on 12/01/2025, I placed a drive-thru order (CHK 666641). I originally requested a Venti Iced Gingerbread Latte, but I was told it was out of stock. I then ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, substituting the oat milk for sweet cream. I was charged an additional $1.25 for the sweet cream, yet I was given the wrong drink.

When I kindly handed the drink back through the window and explained the mistake, the barista simply took the same cup, added cold foam on top, and returned it to me still not the drink I ordered. I again explained that this was incorrect. She apologized and told me to pull forward so they could remake it.

However, even after bringing it out to my car, the drink was still incorrect.

In addition, when I attempted to return the incorrect drink the second time, the barista told me she “could not accept the drink back,” despite having accepted the first drink and reusing the same cup.

I also ordered a Banana Nut Loaf, which was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting out for days. Overall, the entire experience was confusing, frustrating, and far below Starbucks’ usual standard. I visit Starbucks regularly and spend quite a bit with your company, and I have never encountered an issue like this.

I respectfully request that this situation be addressed with the store’s team and that I receive a refund or credit for the incorrect drink and the stale food item. I truly enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience completely ruined my morning.

Last month my coffee was not prepared correct. This has happened more than once at this location. I called and spoke with a manger, she took my name and told me I could come back and get another coffee. Today I visited this location and ordered a cinnamon dolce with vanilla sweet cream hot, grande. When I got to the window, I explained I had a credit but if it expired, I would pay. The young lady turned to a taller older woman and let her know of my request. She asked if I had the app… no I don’t. She turned to the gentleman that had taken my order, and ask him if he knew of a list/credit. He said no. The older lady said it’s okay and was removing the charge. During this time this gentleman impatiently reached across the young lady at the window (whom was very polite) with a piping hot latte and WET fingers to hand me, without a sleeve. I grabbed the coffee because he was literally holding it with his wet finger tips. It could have spilled or dropped on the employee or myself. I then asked for a sleeve. Also, when the latte is hot, I know the right amount of sweet cream was not added, it tends to cool the coffee. Once the latte was cool enough to enjoy, of course it wasn’t prepared correct. I totally dislike bitter coffee!!!! I will so kindly pass this location to go to orange park location where my coffee is always prepared correctly, the service is never rushed, and request are fulfilled!!!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service is deplorable (for the employees who don’t know what that means, it means the service is shockingly bad) and the drinks are made incorrectly every time. Hire competent employees please, not just the cheapest ones for hire.

I’m disappointed with the service at this location. I placed a mobile order scheduled for 6:40 a.m., based on the posted opening time of 6:30. Upon arrival, I was informed the store would not open until 7:00. Attempts to communicate through the intercom were ignored, and when I called, the response was rude and unhelpful. Clearer communication and more respectful customer service would go a long way.

Absolute 2nd worst Starbucks in North America, 1st is Main Street and 17 in Orange Park. 98% of the employees are rude, obnoxious personality, should never be hired for customer facing positions. Stay Away, It’s very bad for your mental health! Unhappy, unfriendly place!

Just sat in line for 30 mins. There line wasn’t even long. This is the slowest SB and we go to Starbucks multiple times a day everyday. Love most of the people here, but past few months this place is shit. The worst place to order. They don’t even offer you anything for wasting your time.
