After being on the road for two hours, I stopped in for a drink and was so impressed with the service. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, and Kourtney and Isabelle were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the experience even better, and I couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend!

Popped in for a Mango Bomb before work. I was greeted as I entered, and my order was in within 30 seconds. Drink vame out quickly and it was delicious! Great service and experience.

Rude, poor service and drastic scam from over charge..be careful getting their bowls, they are half the size of other locations and that tiny drizzle will cost u .50 when other locations give u a scoop of peanut butter that’s not an $8 bowl! Avoid and go with a different location!

Probably more of a staffing issue because there’s always a crazy line of people when I go in there, but it’s getting really out of hand lately. Gave my husband the wrong smoothie (an orange smoothie when he got the kale kapow…which is green) and you can see from my picture what my matcha match looked like. It’s complete chunky ice and kale on the top half and straight water on the bottom half. My whole wrap was missing. This is way too expensive for how crappy the service is.

Very slow service. We watched them make about 5 smoothies that they had already made and just sat on the counter. Most of our smoothies tasted faintly of peanut butter. Be careful if you have allergies. We waited about 20 minutes for 8 smoothies after $50 spent. Would not go back.

Food is great! I love the Kale Ka Pow and the Caesar Wrap is amazing.
My low rating comes from our last two visits. The first time was last week and the two girls were on speaker phone with a boy. The one preceded to talk to the boy while the other took our order.
The second time was this evening. A girl was on the phone with an air pod in her ear and the boy at the counter just stood there and didn’t speak up and say “Welcome to Pulp, can I take your order” or anything.
Love the food and the franchise. This is definitely a staffing issue.

Went in to get a smoothie today only to be handed the most watery smoothie I have ever seen and it was also overfilled so much that it was leaking everywhere and the workers clearly did not care that they just gave me something that should not be considered a smoothie. I will not be returning and I don’t know why I have for so long because the workers are always extremely miserable and don’t want to do their job.

I’ve been coming here for a year straight now. Don’t get me wrong it’s very welcoming and the food and smoothies are great. Although I came in these past couple of nights and seen this one girl working a lot by herself— this is a staffing issue! Management issue as well

This place is living in robek’s shadow you can see in the menu that they have imitated quite a few things. Personally I like robek’s a little more but pulp is ok. They have messed up one of my orders out of the 30 or so times 8ve been there which isn’t bad. It is a little pricey for what you get and be aware they have no AC there so you’ll get sweaty if waiting too long which can happen. If you come around noon or 5:00 p.m. expect to wait about 10 minutes. Acai is best thing on menu imo.
