Service is absolutely terrible & slow. I had Waited 25 mins in line. On top of that all my food was incorrectly done . So I had to wait another 10 mins for the sandwiches to be done. After waiting so long I just Requested a refund. Management is terribly rude . This Dunkin has went down since new management took over. None of the workers know what they are doing

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this Dunkin because of the service. The attendant is sometimes rude, cuts customers off, and doesn’t seem to listen—my order has been wrong more than once. Basics are also often missed (like not providing a straw unless I specifically ask), and on my last visit part of my food order was forgotten until I reminded them. I’m not trying to be harsh, but consistency and basic customer service need improvement.

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The food is always trash and no one cares about quality. I stopped going here despite it being the closest one to me. The one day I decide to give them another try, I ordered for me and my whole family before our trip. We were already on the road when we realized they missed half our order. I’ve been wanting to write a review for the last year but I figured it wasn’t worth slandering their name. At this point I’m over this Dunkin entirely and will steer everyone from this one in particular.

Just left the drive through this Morning and ordered a hot coffee.
that taste like it was either old coffee or dirty equipment. I go there because of the convenience to my route to work, it is disappointing. A place known for their Coffee cannot do better. When I go to the one next to Fatima it is perfect every time.

I have been stopping here for coffee sometimes on my way to work.
It is kind of a dark area and looks like an older location. Also, I went by last week around 6:15 AM, it was still dark. I had ordered my food online but it almost looked closed when I got there. All the exterior lights were off. But there was a line, and the place was open.

Went to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. The coffee was not to my liking, so I decided to change to something else .The lady actually put the new coffee on top of the old coffee and gave it to me like she made a fresh cup. I asked her why she would do that, and it was disgusting she tried and lie but forgot the first order was on the side of the cup . (Derp) money back, and I will never return because they have a disgusting person working there .

Went to go comment “theres literally always something” and realized I’m clearly not the only one. To charge almost $3 for a hot coffee and continuously mess up the order every time has been super frustrating. Bagels “toasted” are burnt. You ask for salt and pepper and this is the only dunkin that has ever told me they don’t carry it.
Never have any issues when it’s the younger employees filling the order. The woman manning the orders (assuming the manager) is older and is consistently making the errors, never smiles, super unpleasant. But I can handle a little unpleasantness if it means my coffee is done right! There was one time where I was borderline yelled at and given an attitude for not correcting her in the drive thru lane for getting my order wrong lol. And its not like theres a walk in option for this location.
Sad since this is the only location on my way, otherwise wouldn’t have come back here. But they’ve rightfully earned their 1 star this time.
