I’ve only had Gianna’s Pizza via UberEats, and I must say, it’s not bad at all. I’ve had different combinations – sausage and mushroom; sausage spinach and mushrooms; sausage and pepperoni all on thin crust and also their stuff version too. The thin crust is better. I’ve also had their buffalo chicken wings. Those are okay too. I generally go here if I don’t feel like driving out to one of my other favorite spots – Phil Pizza.

Recently my buddy and I were comparing good pizza places in Chicago and she mentioned that she likes the pizza from this establishment and our tastes are quite similar. I didn’t even know this place existed. I had a craving for some pizza so I ordered from here through UberEats on 10/24/25.
Pizza looked good so I was looking forward to trying. I got the Sausage, Mushroom, Onion pizza. It was DELICIOUS! What makes this pizza good is their crust – it is really yummy and flavorful and flaky!
I now have a nearby spot to venture to for pizza and that’s always a good thing. From the Yelp photos, I want to try the Chicken/Shrimp Alfredo with broccoli, the buffalo wings, rib tips and calzone! They all look AMAZINGLY GOOD!

The sauce was okay but not much flavor. We had to add our own spices. The toppings were very limited, especially the onion and garlic. The crust was THE WORST I have ever had, it was as bland and dense as bisquick. I would not recommend, especially when there are such great pizzas in Chicago. We were at the Hammond Marina so we had to order through grubhub and have it delivered, that was a mess too.

That said, the pizza was not memorable in any way. The crust was terrible… def not pizza crust. It was cakey and flat … ugh. The ingredients were okay but bland.

This is my first time eating pizza here and I heard that the pizza simply was not good and it was one of the worst in chicago aside from what they claim. I don’t think it’s the absolute BEST pizza in the world. I think it’s pretty good to be honest. The crust was soft, though the cheese slides off the crust a little to easily, regardless I think the pizza they have there is great because of quality and quantity of the food serviced. If you are looking for a pizza to bring home for the family and you want quality, this is an a good place to go. The pizza is made right in front of you and the ingredients seem much more fresh than most places. The employees were very pleasant to interact with and everything came out in a timely manor as well as in the time frame given at checkout. I enjoyed my meal here.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was so happy with the food. The cheese pizza was perfection, the Buffalo wings were amazing, and the Buffalo shrimp with fries was super delicious . Definitely 10 out of 10!

So glad we stopped here for dinner while visiting Chicago. I can see why they won the 2018 title of best pizza. The deep dish pizza was amazing. The sauce is flavorful and the toppings we had were yummy. Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers. It’s neat if you had time to sit and watch them make the pizzas and put them in the over. If you’re in Chicago you definitely want to give Gianna’s a try.

I’ve been ordering pizza here for years but something has changed. I ordered today and couldn’t even eat the pizza because the sauce was waaaaaaaay to tangy. Like it was spoiled or something. Crust definitely isn’t the same. It’s hard and crumbly like a stale cracker. The cheese definitely isn’t the same either. It’s not soft or pull able. What happened and why?! Sad customer

I used to love their pizza; however the last three time I ordered their thin crust sausage & cheese it was tasteless. The cheese was thick like rubber, the sausage tastes of poor quality and the sauce was definitely changed . They hardly put any sauce and the bread is too thick. I’m so disappointed as there are not too many pizza places in the neighborhood.
