Unfortunately, staff needs to smile and be a little bit more friendly then today. Especially for Valentines day. Came for lunch.
The chips are not fresh and tasted on the verge of being stale.
Salsa was great!
Staff is very attentive and quick to clean up.

The food was absolutely amazing — everything tasted very fresh, super flavorful, and filling. It came out quickly and warm, though I would’ve preferred it a bit hotter. I ordered the quesabirria tacos with a side of guac, salsa, and chips and really loved them.
Prices are a little high but still reasonable. I did ask for no onions, but they were still added, which was disappointing. I also wanted a Coke Zero, which they didn’t have, so I opted for a Diet Coke, but it didn’t taste very good and had a strong chemical flavor. Service was decent overall, and I would definitely come back.

Visited from Houston and happened to walk into this place, all I can say is that we haven’t had a proper Aguachile in a while! It was hard to choose what to eat because everything looked delicious. The pictures on the menu is what you will get. If I’m ever close to the area I will for sure be stopping by!

This has been the pinnacle of Mexican restaurants in Corpus Christi so far. The restaurant is clean and smells clean. The tables, chairs, and booths were well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious and looked just like the pictures. Our server was quick and attentive. We never had to wait even during a lunchtime visit. This place is a must-go!!

We were traveling and went there first time today 5/4/24. We ordered Mexican seafood and the food was amazing. We loved each meal! We ordered shrimp and octopus cocktail, mango seafood tower and shrimp soup( in English, I don’t remember the Spanish names) Daughter ordered mixed fajita. Every dish was awesome!

We went during breakfast hours. The food is good but it can be better, it’s got potential. The hot sauces are good. My favorite was the Habanero sauce. The chilaquiles could use some improvement. Maybe don’t use paprika and definitely use freshly made tomato sauce. The beans & the freshly made potatoes were on point. As for the migas taco, it was definitely good. For the french toast plate: The eggs were good, the bacon was a little too hard, and the french toast was definitely not good. The bread was too hard, it almost looked and tasted like the plate sat there for a while and then it was put in the microwave to heat it up. I’m guessing if it comes out fresh, it would taste much better. The chips were good. As for the coffee, I believe it could be better if they changed brands. I don’t know if maybe it just wasn’t fresh. I will definitely go back to try out their dinner menu. Also, when we went up to pay the lady at the cash register, she never asked how everything was, not a smile or thank you after we paid. This is very important to customers nowadays, in my opinion. Greeting customers with a smile to make them feel welcome and also being thankful for coming to your restaurant goes a long way in this business industry. Even if the food is not great, one will always come back for the great service provided. At least I’ve done it in the past with other places. But no worries, I will give your restaurant another try for dinner. Hopefully, the customer service will be a little better.

Enjoyed lunch here Sunday. Was not too busy. Had a sign that said wait to be seated but have to say shouldn’t be there if a waitress will yell across to you after waiting there for a good few minutes to sit anywhere. Other than that we had a good waitress and great food.

So let me just say, My Family & I have been coming here several times and always loved it. But 1/24/26 was different and disappointing. The food is great, Yes! But the service my party experienced was not friendly from the manager the lady behind the counter never smiles and seems always mad. My Husband had called the restaurant earlier in the day to ask about big party Reservations, the lady he spoke w/ said for him to call an hour before the expected time that we the party of 18 will be there. We planned my birthday dinner for party of 18 for 5pm. So my husband called at 4pm as doing what he was told from earlier when he called, he made the reservation with the lady he spoke with on the phone and it was under Gary’s Name it was for party of 18 which we thought you know by calling ahead as what they asked from us, would already give them the heads up for our big party to arrive at 5pm. Well it was 5pm and when my family showed up asking for Gary’s reservation, they stated they didn’t know of any reservations being made they had no clue, they had no name put down for Gary (He told them the name when he called) and they were starting to put the tables and chairs together as my party arrive and the manager confused, as I arrive there and see my family is seated, my family and I see the lady behind the counter I’m assuming the manager getting after our waitress in front of us for the way our waitress arranged the tables and chairs together, claiming we are blocking the entrance way, but clearly there was a big walkway around our tables that were put together, customers were able to walk around. My family stood up for our waitress as it wasn’t a big problem for us, since the lady was getting after the waitress in front of us, we thought it was very wrong and unprofessional just bc someone dropped the ball and didn’t follow through with our big party reservations ahead of time, twice of when we called and the lady gets after the waitress for that?! Umm no that’s not okay. Besides the food being good, the situation with the manager speaking back to my family with a tone very unprofessional to argue with your paying customers. We never held the waitress accountable for the maybe the misunderstanding from the reservations made bc it was not her fault. Whoever has been answering the phones never followed through, and the manager ( the lady behind the counter) having attitude the whole time we were there seemed annoyed we were there, annoyed by how we stood up for the waitress. We are aware of how y’all as a business can accommodate to big party’s since up stairs is a big party room. But please don’t take it out on the waitress or the customers bc the one answering the phones which seems like the manager by the voice of the time of the call didn’t ever make the reservations for us. And speaking back with an attitude to customers before we even ordered our drinks, we was already fixing to leave to go take our party elsewhere but we realized its not far to the waitress for the lady’s tone behind the counter to us. So we stayed for the waitress sake to continue to serve us as she was the best! She did amazing for our party! I wish I could of gotten her name. idk if it was the lady behind the counter was Mngt but the situation could of been approached differently and avoided. Please don’t take it out on the customers.

This is not a real seafood place all they serve is shrimp and talpia. They are very rude and I ordered the whole fish and they cut both fillets of the fish and gave me all bones and charged me 20 dollars so unless you want bad service rude people and cheated out of your food please don’t go here . This is the second time I’ve tried them and both times were horrible
