Just had a Sonic Smasher deal, it was the absolute best burger I’ve in a long time. The service was amazing, in the drive-thru the young lady with the pink Stricked hair and the gentleman who brought me my bag Were very professional and kind. Thank you for a great experience, you don’t get that often anymore.

I ordered 2 kids meals a large fry and some drinks the food was cold and hard to the touch and apparently was sitting for a while because it was brought out not a min after ordering the hot dog was so cold the bread fell apart

Just not a good experience and we had ordered ahead on the app but had to wait over 30 minutes extra after the time it was supposed to be ready before actually getting our order even though the lot was practically empty. Everything was smooshed together and a mess, tots were undercooked, blasts and shake were half melted and messy… not worth the amount of money that was spent and we will not be returning…

Placed an order in a stall speaker is so loud it was piercing to my head. While placing the order the young lady taking the order obviously didn’t know the menu very well. The order was simple one Cheeseburger all the way with mayo, one double meat Jr. burger no cheese with mayo. Order of tater tots. Two large cokes. We get Cheeseburger made to order, the double meat burger was buried in mustard, tater tots covered in cheese. No cheese on burger a dead sign someone either doesn’t like cheese or is allergic to cheese. This case allergic to cheese. So wasted money on tater tots. Had to scrape mustard off my little burger just so I could eat it. Very disappointed in this Sonic. Won’t be going back anytime soon for sure.

Terrible experience. Consistently have the screen tell me my order is “on the way” then I have to wait 5+ minutes longer even if ordered ahead on the app. I know they have to push the lines to pretend like they have good times for corporate but going here you’re easily going to wait 15+ minutes on any order. That is if they don’t send it to the wrong car.

Five star rating really is based on five stars for a fast food restaurant as good as that can be this particular Sonic is one of my favorites don’t ever have any problems with the food there or anything sometimes they’re a little slow but you know they continue to be busy but not a lot of people working which isn’t their fault they do the best they can and they do a good job that cannot be said for every Sonic so five stars and kudos to them

Went thru the drive thru they never responded to take my order. I waited about 5min and still nothing. So I pulled up to the window to try and place my order there, and the guy was just standing there he didn’t even bother to open the window to see what I needed. Never going to that location again!

I placed my order online and as soon as I realized it did not have the correct pickup time I immediately called the store and let them know that I would not be picking that order up until 10:05 please do not make that order ahead of time I would like it fresh they told me that they understood they got it they got me I show up to pick up the order I spent 7 minutes in the Drive-Thru another 5 minutes at the window just to get the order to realize after driving off that they did not give me the slush my husband works exactly 1 mi from there I dropped the food off to him came back and picked up another order for the half price shakes and got my slush and while I’m in the middle of picking up that order my husband calls me and tells me how disgusting this food is how old and cold it was tater tots were old and cold the hot dog as you can see is disgustingly old the management of this location has gone way down I just cannot even believe the food that we got I would like this order replaced and I know that they had to make it early because the two cups of ice that I ordered were half melted and so was my ice cream it would just be the right thing for them to make me some fresh food because this is crazy ridiculous

They were a little bit slow but it’s want too bad. Staff member who helped us was really helpful and kind.

Ordered one chili cheese Coney Dog with the side of french fries and a Dr Pepper. Everything came out hot and it delicious.

Order the number two just a regular cheeseburger with chili cheese tater tots and the new shark slushie that they have advertised. This was a hit with the family!!!

Also had the jalapeno cheeseburger and it had way too much mustard on it even though we did ask for light mustard. Surgery was a new Sour Patch slushy float and it was a hit with the kid.

Only negative, They need to learn to make the drinks after the food is done being cooked because the slushys were somewhat melted by the time we got it.

Atleast they get my order right, but they are stingy. Tiny breakfast burritos, missing mozzarella sticks, and skimping on chili for coneys. Not worth going here if they are going to give you half portions.
