Horrible experience. I placed and paid for an online pickup order, and when I arrived the door was locked—even though the store doesn’t close until 8pm and my order was marked “ready for pickup” at 7:05pm. I tried showing my confirmation through the door, but the employee was extremely rude and simply told me they were closed and to “come back tomorrow.” When I asked for a refund, he just said “later,” without asking for my name, order number, or any details. I walked away with no food, no refund, and no accountability.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I was intentionally trying to support a local small business. I had planned to use this order for my weekly meal prep and to treat myself, but instead I was left frustrated and ignored. Completely unacceptable and a terrible customer service experience.

My first time here and decided to go with the stew chicken for dinner. $14 for the stew chicken dinner is fair… given that the portion size can be enough for two. The stew chicken was some of the best that I’ve tasted from a Jamaican restaurant in a long time. The rice and peas were good, but a bit dry. I got a limeade to drink— I wouldn’t order it again. It costs $5 and it doesn’t taste like they use real limes.
Overall I’d be back to try another dish.

Just found this place, absolutely phenomenal tasting food, everything is made with love and the portion sizes are huge! They definitely earned a new customer, will be my go to place for awhile!

Ordered curry chicken and roti via ubereats delivery. 5 stars for piping hot freshness. 5 stars for having a good flavor. 5 stars for a really soft and perfect Dahl puri. 1 star for the shards of bone fragments found throughout my food. Caribbeans cook meat on the bone, I get it. But shards of jagged dangerous bits of bone in food is not enjoyable! Train your cook. Have them cook the meat on the bone properly. If you must chop up the chicken, know how to cut it with customer safety in mind. So ridiculous. My photo shows all the pieces of bone found in my dish.

Worst jerk chicken iv had in my life hands down , & I never leave reviews. It taste like old jerk chicken they just heat up & send out and think people won’t catch on. Chicken has 0 flavor and I’m commenting because this is the second time Iv made the mistake of ordering from here and it’s the same tasteless reheated chicken.

The food is amazing. The customer service is not up to par in my opinion. No warm welcome no smiles nothing. And the restaurant itself could use some upgrading. Bring more life to it!!!! If these things could be fixed and upgraded 5 stars. Cause the food hands down is good!
