What can I say? Nothing beats some good roadside BBQ after driving through the mountains.
I was so excited to check this place out, right off the highway.
Outdoor seating to get out of the car and stretch your legs.
Great food menu, big portions, very good flavors at a good price.
Staff was very friendly at the window, and food came out fast.
If you are in the area I’d say this is a MUST.

Excellent. Catfish bites did not disappoint. I tried those & the BBQ. The potato wedges were also great! They’re more like french fries but they were crispy, so good. This lil piggy went a smokin. Very friendly service, u order at window outside then wait. When ur # is up, they call ur# to get your food. They have outside dining, I did not see any inside.

This is my first time visiting this place. I was in Wise Virginia area and googled places to eat and this one had 4.9 stars. So we gave it a try and it was absolutely amazing. Our food was good portions and the food tasted amazing. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely go back.

We have enjoyed everything we’ve eaten each time we’ve been there. Pulled pork, fish bites, shrimp, potato wedges, cole slaw, baked beans, hush puppies are all great! Staff is excellent!

The Fish and the Pork was delicious, the Chicken breast was tender and moist. They also have hushpuppies . The sides were great. We had a group of 8 people. They all enjoyed their meals

My wife had told me how good the catfish was, and she was absolutely right!! Fantastic!! Piping hot, seasoned right! The mac & cheese and slaw were great, too!! 65° with sunny skies completed this lunch trip!!

You go here for the great food, not the atmosphere, unless you like an outdoor picnic table, which we did on the day we were here. The side dishes are fantastic, too. I had the mac and cheese and cole slaw and my wife had the macaroni salad and fries, both of which were better than most restaurants where you’d pay more and have wait service. If you’re anywhere nearby, try it.

Today, my family had the Family Catfish meal. They divided the meal into 3 trays for us. The Catfish is the best I’ve ever had. No “fish” smell, very little to no excess grease on perfect crispy batter. The baked beans have pieces of delicious pulled pork that sets it above any other place in the area. The staff is was friendly with an exceptionally fast turn around on getting the food to the us. I will definitely be a returning customer.
