Hesitant to try this restaurant out due to it’s small size, however, I was presently surprised with the speed of service and the freshness of ingredients. You can tell the establishment is well kept and the AC is always blasting. WaBa sauce is amazing and the value menu cannot be beaten. Overall, a great healthy option for a post workout meal.

This was my second time at this location. The first time I really enjoyed it, but consistency is not this locations strong suit. I have several gripes about this most recent visit. For starters the staff seems to have no clue what’s going on. They are talking to each other from across the restaurant as I’m trying to get the cashiers attention to take my order. The first time I went they had grilled the veggies in my bowl. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to come or not, but this time they weren’t grilled and we’re dry and tough to chew. When they were grilled they were great! So I had an expectation from my first experience that was let down, and I’m still unsure of how the veggies are supposed to come!Back to the register again, with the cashier being distracted with her side conversation I wasn’t given my drink and had to wait again to catch her attention. Not to mention the food had been sitting out for some time before she even served it. It was cold by the time I could start eating. There were also ants all over the counter which was sticky. I spent $15 on a bowl and a drink. And it’s $15 I won’t see again

I always love waba but the service here was exceptional, really the best I’ve ever received. The lady helping me was so patient and kind helping me figure out a deal I got on the app. She made me feel welcome and at ease when I was having a hard time understanding. She got me exactly what I wanted and took care of me in a personalized way. The team worked together well and made my day. I live close by and I’m so glad this will be my waba grill!

Bowls of old clumpy rice with some meat crumbs and a drizzle
of very distasteful sauce on top. Very bland, no seasoning, no flavor. Very disappointed. 2 waters, a Gatorade and a small carton of chocolate milk was over $12. Complete waste of $50. The whole place smelled like it was burning down so we sat outside. Only thing is the front worker was very pleasant and nice.
