We ordered pizza from Romeo’s after a long day because we didn’t want to leave our hotel. It was easy to order online and it was delivered in around 25 minutes. The driver texted when on the way and again when he arrived at our hotel. The pizzas were still so good. We got a cheese and broccoli which was one of the better broccoli pizzas we have ever had. We also got a deluxe that was loaded with toppings. The crust had a little crunch and just the right amount of chew to it. The dipping sauce they put in with the pizza is excellent. The price was really good too, they had some online coupons that made buying more than reasonable. I would highly recommend and will get again next time I’m in town.

WOW! This pizza is amazing! I LOVE the sweet sauce. The pizza was super fresh. The crust was crispy and buttery. WOW, this reminds me of pizza back home in Mississippi. Great job! This was my first time trying Romeo’s and definitely NOT my last. The price, the taste, the customer service….all a 5 out of 5! And lastly…that Capone sauce…wheeew amazing!

Been here a few times before, but this time was phenomenal. Recently under new management and Whitney the GM is awesome! She made sure my order was fresh and correct when I picked it up!! Buffalo chicken pizza is excellent, boneless wings with buffalo and Parmesan sauces on the side was excellent, all of our food was very fresh and delicious!! Definitely recommend and will be back for more!!

OMG. This pizza was absolutely fantastic. The sauce is the perfect amount or sweet and savory. The dough is so chewy and delicious. The cheese is stringy and flavorful. I will absolutely be ordering this again.

The best pizza pie in the city! Hands down! If you want real, authentic deep dish pizza this is where you go or order!! I ordered lunch for my staff at the shop and everybody loved it! I called for a take out and they told me 45 minutes and I was cool with that, but then I saw the Romeo’s Pizza Van pulling up in front of my business 15 minutes later and hopped out with a big smile with my amazing pizza!! Thank all of you for making Romeo’s Pizza the Best Place for real authentic pizza in Ohio!

I purchased the three items and everything was beautiful!!
-Cheese bread with marinara sauce
-Pepperoni/sausage/cheese on pizza sauce
-Cheese/salami/black olives on garlic butter
The cheese bread could be my go to alone because it was so cheesy and bready and so filling, THEN when I ate the garlic butter pizza I felt like I went to heaven!! Finally the pizza sauce and sausage have a good sweet flavor and just enough cheese without having to ask for extra cheese.
100/10!!
P.s. I’ve already came back since this order it’s so good!!

Very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed no basic courtesy. This completely ruined the dining experience. Customer service clearly needs serious improvement.

I come here often, well I used to come often, its been less and less because the food quality is inconsistent depending on who is working I suppose. The older gentleman who was working was snarky and rude. His customer service skills most def needs to improve. And its like this EVERY time this man has took my order or I have had to interact with him. He seemed confused and i had to repeat what i said like 4 times. He seemed to not comprehend what i was saying. Literally the past THREE times i have come in to pick up my order, including today, the woman working there was all leaned on the table where the pizza is cut and boxed, like half her body laying on the table. Not once, not twice, but 3 times i have witnessed this, and on her phone talking loudly and on speaker phone too no less. I did not get the right sauce i ordered and my pizza was not cut all the way through, which is more than a mild inconvenience when you are on the go. I felt like i was inconviencing her just by picking up my order. She had to interupt her phone conversation to do her job. Come on Romeos I know you can do better than that. I have received better than that from here. I think someone needs to evaluate the employees and how they represent your company.
