Something happened to this location. Round table used to be my favorite pizza place but not anymore after my last visit. The buffet had old, bland pizzas. The soda machine had only 1 diet soda which was completely flat. The mens and women’s bathroom smelled terrible.

Hi I moved from Sacramento to Lodi last week. I felt like to have pizza so I signed up with app. I luckily got free twists reward in my app. Went first time to the store to pick up and owner of the store talked to me in very disrespectful way. He said I have never seen you before here. I can’t give you free twists reward. He was so rude to me.. looks like that he was yelling at me and doing so much verification just for free twists reward. Not sure how he treats his family wife kids. God save them from him!!! He told me in the end I can’t give free food to you. If app rewarded the new customer, how can he deny serving that to customer if I got my reward in the app. He is not running round table franchise in a good appropriate manner. That store is empty always because of his terrible behavior. I’ll never go again never..NEVER!!
Please take this to high level of authority. He can’t rule over round table franchise. It’s better for him to get his own store and stop ruining round table reputation. Under Very pathetic horrible ownership . Wrong ownership given to these people. Please take off!!!!

I experienced an extremely disrespectful and unsatisfactory encounter, particularly with the ownership. I was hoping to redeem reward points for a free pizza. I often hesitate to visit this Round Table because they consistently, seem to skimp on ingredients and unjustly charge for items that are usually free at other locations. But I earned the point and they’re close to my home. When my app malfunctioned, I explained the issue to the apparent owner. However, he showed no interest in understanding the problem, bluntly stating “I have a wife and kids to feed and Im not giving you anything for free or a discount”. This escalated into him yelling and shouting over pizza prices. Resigned, I paid, requesting extra ranch and sauce due to the dry pizza that was order with extra sauce. He begrudgingly provided a tiny ranch portion, charging for any extra, despite generously serving the previous customer. He reiterated his refusal to offer anything without charge so I paid for the extra sauce and ranch. The lack of toppings, lack of sauce, lack of cheese, and lack of quality can all be changed. But the blatant disrespect from ownership/management cannot be trained nor changed and that is why this location is consistently empty and I’m sure the sales reflect such. I advise others to consider different establishments where their patronage and respect are valued, and the food justifies the expense.

The pizza was amazing! There customer service is always on top of the game and the environment is welcoming and comfortable, they’re Buffett is my favorite personally it’s such a great bargain. I’ve tried everything on the menu and there isn’t one thing I don’t recommend, all of there options are good!

We stayed at Flag City Rv resort and ordered delivery from this place. The best veggie pizza I’ve had. Hands down. And the timing was perfect. I ordered when we were about 30 mins from the site and when we pulled up to get our spot so did the pizza. The delivery driver was friendly and everything in the order was spot on. We’re from San Diego and I tried having the veggie again from down here, and it was not the same. Order from here, you won’t be displeased.

The salad bar was ok, it was fresh and a lot of items to choose from. Cant say the same for the pizza though, there was only a few slices out and they were dry. The taste was ok not great though and they only placed new pizzas out once during the time I was there.
