Amazing Views with even better food! Will absolutely be returning and definitely wanna check out their brunch they do once a month. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. You go for the view. We went for brunch on a lovely day but the food is meh. For example, the “cheese grits” were regular grits with a half a slice of American cheese on top. If I’d known that I would not have ordered them (do not like American cheese – it’s not really cheese and a higher end place can and should do better). The chicken and waffle was kind of awful – too much breading on the chicken which was mushy and uncooked.
My brunch companion had a similar meh reaction for her dish. On a good note the fried deviled eggs were good.
Also there was live music and he was great! I hope they can work on the food because I’d like to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the Manager who fitted me in for a last-minute 50th birthday trip. To Ellie, our waitress who was just excellent and provided exceptional service. The sunset and view from the rooftop was an awesome addition.

I had a great experience at Eve on Adams Rooftop Bar. My girlfriend and I spent a beautiful evening there enjoying the sunset from the rooftop, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for.
The cocktails were fun, creative, and full of flavor. There was live music that added to the ambiance without being overwhelming, and the happy hour prices were very reasonable for a rooftop setting.
The bar staff and hostesses were welcoming and pleasant, which made the experience even better from the moment we arrived.
Overall, it was a memorable night with great views, good drinks, and a lively but relaxed vibe. I would definitely go back.

You go for the view. Service is not good from the host to the server, nice people ofc but since they get 22% gratuity to each bill they don’t care about the service. Was hard to get our servers attention. Food was good and had live music which was really nice.

From the moment we walked in until the very end, it was a 10/10 experience! We weren’t sure if we could get a dinner table last minute without a reservation, but the hostess quickly found us a beautiful table with a view. We mentioned it was our five-year anniversary, and when we sat down, we were greeted with a happy anniversary card signed by the staff—talk about feeling loved and welcomed!
Our water glasses were constantly full, and the cocktails were delicious and expertly made. We ordered the ribeye and the stuffed pork chop, and let me tell you—it was some of the best premium food we’ve had in a long time. It’s rare these days to truly get what you pay for, and honestly, the prices are very fair for the quality.
After dinner, the manager, Tommy, came over to greet us. We chatted for a bit and thanked him for the amazing service and food. He then went above and beyond by gifting us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary!

I actually never got to eat there. I have been wanting to do the monthly brunch for a long time. As soon as the Facebook ad popped up, almost two weeks ago, I went to the website and filled out the reservation form. They called me a few days later and left me a message to call them back. I did call them two hours later. Person who took my call said that they had to verify my reservation but the manager was unavailable and would call me back. She also admonished me that the place was filling up fast. I told her that I definitely wanted to confirm as it was my 65th birthday and I would also be celebrating my retirement so I wasn’t going to cancel.
Manager never called me back, no one wrote me an email. I called back early this week and left a message saying I definitely wanted to confirm my reservation. I have heard NOTHING!
There are many great restaurants in Tallahassee and I am not going to beg to spend my money at Eve on Adams.

My fiance and I decided to have dinner here while visiting the area and it was the best food we had all weekend!! I had the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and the Gorgonzola butter was to die for! My fiance had the salmon with crab cake and he loved it! He also had the Electric Lemonade cocktail which was beautiful and so delicious! To end the night we had table side banana foster and let me tell you we couldn’t have ended with a better desert! Aside from the beautiful views and delicious food, every employee we spoke with was wonderful! Definitely recommend visiting this spot if you ever get the chance!!
