A fantastic dining experience. The flavours of each dish were unique and complimented each other perfectly. Ingredients were very fresh and cooked to perfection.
The desert table had a lovely selection of cakes, pastries and fresh fruit.
Staff were lovely – helpful with recommendations and very friendly.

We checked into the Auberge de le Pointe Motel yesterday at 5:30pm for one evening and were told at the reception desk that we could make a reservation for the restaurant. So, we went to the restaurant to do so and the hostess told us that there were no tables at either the restaurant or the café but to come back in 45 minutes for a table. No offer to order a drink or anything from the bar, so we sat outside by the fire and waited 45 minutes. When we went back, the hostess had no recollection of telling us this and because she hadn’t taken our name, there was still no table for us. No apology for having us wait 45 minutes for nothing. We went elsewhere.

We had dinner and breakfast there. We book à bedroom in the auberge de point. With the réservation you could chose paying as a part of the booking breakfast for 15 dollars. We took it. I think it is a good deal. They have 4 different choices. We decided to have dinner there too but we paid at the moment of finishing dinner.
We got gentle service. The prices are good, the restaurant is spatious so you don’t listen people beside talking.
They have an extended variety of wine and the place is very well organized and neat.
We had a good expérience.
And à plus, They speak english, too.

Nous avons souper sur lat terrasse , il faisait un temps magnifique. Je tiens à mentionner un service exceptionnel de Mireille qui nous accueille avec le sourire et malgré une grande affluence, son service était plus chaleureux . La nourriture était délicieuse et servie avec attention . Les entrées, le vin. Nous sommes enchantés. Enfin, la vue sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. C’ est mon 5 Étoiles

Le menu Découverte de fruits de mer et vins assortis était savoureux. Par contre, pour un restaurant gastronomique (serviette de table en tissu), le plateau à desserts devrait être apporté à la table. La température de la salle à manger était vraiment froide (air climatisé). Mon mari a mentionné à la serveuse Johanne que c’était mon anniversaire et aucun petit spécial (bougie, extra) n’a été apporté comme ailleurs. Au buffet déjeuner à 25,75 $ + taxes, confusion entre les serveuses à la caisse (attente) mais beaucoup de choix. Donc, restaurant aux menus un peu dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Voilà la raison de mon évaluation à 4*

Oui c’est bon mais tellement cher que je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles, ça ne vaut pas ça malheureusement. De plus, l’attente pour avoir notre premier plat a été vraiment long.

Nous avons choisi le menu découverte, le crabe, le homard et leur accompagnement bon, mais le flétan qui remplaçait la morue était trop sec dommage. La panoplie de dessert était un régal. Le service était attentionné et souriant.

Il s’agit d’une EXCELLENTE adresse; nous y avons mangé un soir la table d’hôte qui était délicieuse. Le buffet petit déjeuner est extraordinaire également.
