I hate to give a 3 star review but the pizza we ordered last night was just so so. We had the Howie Maui and the BBQ chicken. They both had very tough crust. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It time I’ve gotten a so so pizza at Howie’s and I’ve been going there for a long time. I’ll be back because I think this was a fluke.

Awesome food and great staff! Lady told me she gave me the fresh salad she made and I thought yay! Fresh salad! I didn’t realize she meant she gave me her fresh salad and the other salad for free too! (Maybe bc I had to wait awhile)… But either way this location’s staff and food is AMAZING! Even when I’m a decent distance away I order here! Bc food and staff here is better than Swartz creek, GB, or Burton locations! I swear!

The food was prepared quickly. The flavored crust was fantastic, and they actually put extra cheese on my pizza when I ordered it! Online ordering didn’t give an option for salad toppings on the side, so immediately after I placed my order, I called and asked them to put the toppings on the side. The man I spoke to was very polite, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was a great meal!

Our food was prepared quickly and tasted good. But the customer service was non-existent. I ordered for pick up yesterday. When I came into the store to pick up our order, FOUR people, (seriously..four) at different times, made eye contact with me and said nothing. No greeting. No ‘how can I help you?’. Nothing. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came out from a corner somewhere and not only said anything, but helped me and got my food. That alone will make me never come back. Train your people better. Or get better people.
