28 Dec @ 1220 pm . The male employee working this shift was extremely unprofessional for absolutely no reason , also his appearance was very unsanitary (dirty long har , no hair net, stained dirty uniform) , not to mention the dirty mess inside the store clearly visible through the window.

I see that you guys have multiple terrible reviews encountering the same issues over and over . Hope this is addressed it soon before its ti late for the business itself . Clearly are loosing costumers over terrible employees and costumer service

Both employees had attitudes would not confirm the order properly, and subsequently got it wrong. When asked to replace it, they were confrontational. Ended up leaving and going to another location just to get the right smoothie. Even minimum wage employees should care about doing a decent job…

I went to order and asked for what I wanted and before I could finish i was told to pull around. I was never asked is there anything else or is that all ,no customer service. When I get to the window the young man was at the window with my drink and told me the price, I told him I didn’t complete my order and that I wanted two of the same drink without pineapple juice. He gets mad and made a lound noise of frustration and storms off. I watched him make my second drink and I have him on video dumping at least 6 pumps of pineapple juice in the drink as he was angry. I did not want any further issues so I did not say anything, I told him have a great day and he screamed yea. He is very unprofessional and had he asked if there was anything else before telling me to pull around he would have heard my order on how I wanted the drinks. I went to talk to the manager but this location is a drive thru only, if you are confronted by the young man with a bad attitude you will quickly know whom I referring to. I can assure if I go back and if he is the one taking my order and he pumps pineapple juice in my drink again, we’ll hope his pay check will cover lawyer fees because its on my receipt no pineapple juice and he did it anyway on purpose on video and had someone been allergic to pineapple he would have some explaining to do.

I was at your location at Macon road in Columbus Ga. and purchased a small smoothie. on Friday, 14th of November and it tasted light WATER! I tried to call and got NO answer for over a hour! I was no where close to the location to be able to take it back! it’s very unfortunate that folks are working and can not answer a phone! I would like this matter addressed. I also called your location on Whittlesey Rd and the phone was promptly answered; however The younglady did not have a Corporate number that she could give to me! Thanks!

While I was eating my smoothie bowl (trying it out for the first time) I discovered a hair in the base of the smoothie. No telling how long the hair been in there because clearly the base is frozen so it’s taken out of the freezer. Really ruined my appetite and my experience with a smoothie bowl at smoothie king.

I decided to give this Macon Road location one more chance and for the second time I was disappointed. Both times my order was taken in drive thru and then I get to the window and the guy yells through the window from across the table telling me to come back later. Why do I need to come back when it’s your open hours? Makes no sense. I will never go back to this location.

I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this place of business. I ordered 3 strawberry banana smoothies and ALL of them were rotten and disgusting! One was for my one year old and he could’ve gotten sick! I was beyond disbelief, with what i had received since I have gotten items from this place before, that my items would come to me like this. And when I called to fix the issue, every employees attitude was DISGUSTING and rude! They were arguing and telling me that I was basically lying about what i had ordered! My experience this time would be less than one star, maybe even a negative star.

Service was prompt. Lemonade was gritty like too many raspberry seeds However, I only took a few sips. I had a whole earring /nose ring in my cup. So glad I felt it on my tongue before swallowing. I have reached out to the location twice but no answer. Left vm. Website won’t allow me to reach them or fill out form. I feel very uneasy. I had a 20oz raspberry lemonade.
