Saddle Shop Saloon is the cutest little hole-in-the-wall bar! Every time we stop in, we end up meeting the loveliest people, it has such a welcoming, laid-back vibe. We love to travel, and Georgetown always makes us feel like we’re on a mini getaway, and this spot fits that feeling perfectly. Great atmosphere, friendly faces, and a place that keeps us coming back. Cheers to hidden gems like this!

What a special place! The ambiance can’t be beat. I came alone and instantly made easy and fun conversation with others at the bar. Everybody there was having a great time. Laughter was in the air, the drinks were perfectly made (Lori is the BEST!), and reasonably priced. I particularly love that it’s not a huge space. Makes it quaint and cozy. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in or visits the Georgetown area.

One of Georgetown’s best hidden gems. I hope you don’t go there so that I can have it all to myself. The coolness of the oldest building in Georgetown, with bullet holes in the walls, just adds to the ambience of this great place. The two bartenders, Stephanie and Lori, are always great and welcoming. I always find it a comfortable relaxing atmosphere.

Cool ambience upstairs. But it gets very crowded on weekends. Nowhere to sit. The biggest problem though is their prices. Their drinks are literally about double what I would expect the prices to be. The drinks average about $13 each, even for well liquors. Extremely overpriced.

Wouldn’t let our DD into the place, no idea what it looks like. If you’re going to deny entry to a groups designated driver, then you deserve to lose the business. We went to Encantada’s and they let our designated driver in. We had a wonderful time there and spent a pile of money.

Visited this place last Saturday 3/1. Wife and I had 2 mixed drinks and were charged over $60.00. I tipped the nice bartender and my final bill was $80. I believe I got ripped off. Beware if you visit here.

The WORST bartender/service I ever had. She saw me, asked me to wait. I waited for 15-20 minutes. And it wasn’t crowded. So, my party and I left. I don’t recommend this saloon/bar.
