Everytime I go to this location the lady at the drive thru is really nice and always smiling. However, they never get my order right. I get home and something’s wrong. It’s usually something minor like they didn’t put cheese on something. Today they gave me a small hash brown instead of the large I paid for. Like usual, I wouldn’t even bother complaining if that was the only issue. But when I got home today and grabbed the bag off of my passenger seat I immediately felt grease on my hands. The bottom of my bag was soaked in grease. It left a small puddle on my car seat even. Inside of the bag the hash brown box was LITERALLY dripping grease. Needless to say, the hashbrowns themselves weren’t edible. Worse though is the fact that now I will need to pay to get my car seat shampood.

I ordered a breakfast burger and big country burrito with extra gravy. when I got it they put the gravy in a container on the side, the lid was not on tight and it leaked ALL over inside the bag. it’s fine if they forgot to put it on the burrito but at least make sure it’s closed tight so it doesn’t leak all over everything..I reached in to get something and got a hand full of gravy instead. They really need to make sure the orders they’re handing out are acceptable to be doing so

I stopped getting the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich because it’s never toasted anymore. This morning caved and wanted to try again. Soft fluffy buttered bread and cold cheese, not a hint of grilled or touch of heat. It’s still an edible sandwich, but come on! Also they didn’t have sugar or creamer for coffee today.

First time at a Carl’s junior in 10 years and pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Got the El Diablo and it did not disappoint. Right amount of spiciness, and the fries were really good. The counter brought out good to the table, which is never the case for fast food counter order type establishments. The atmosphere was pleasant with local artwork representative of the area and sports. Clean and inviting, glad I stopped by.

Don’t expect your meal to be correct at all. Cheeseburgers weren’t plain as I requested as my 7 year olds hate anything other than cheese on them, only 1 patty has cheese, my wife’s carl burger came on a bun when I explained that I DID NOT WANT A BUN NOR LETTUCE WRAP, chicken nuggets weren’t even there, fries were warm not hot.
Upon going back next day to get things corrected the manager said she couldn’t do anything and to come back next day. I ended up hitting McDonald’s for their cheeseburgers and nuggets and then Wendy’s for my wife’s burger.
Don’t bother trying to call the restaurant to get things corrected or even that stupid phone number that’s located on the side of their building. I went in the following day as my household is dealing with sickness, manager told me to come in the next day when the General Manager was there. I show up today the general manager didn’t even do anything, she went back and talked to only whom I believe was the lady I talked to yesterday. I walked out with my sick child, ended up helping some kids stuck in their parking lot in a disabled vehicle blocking their entry, was called back over and offered the chicken nuggets and a combo.
Go to the 1 in Jordan Landing. Much better customer service. It’s 2 exits south of 5400 S.
Ohhhhh and much less their doors on the side of 5400 West were locked to where you weren’t able to exit. Which is an OSHA violation. They can be locked but must be able to exit from inside in case of an emergency.

The food felt very fresh and hot, drive thru is a little weird, but it doesn’t matter because the service is extremely good. Kudos to Nicole for paying so much attention to detail, Her smile was contagious to my wife and me!!

Got a California Classic Burger. Took a bite and got 2 little bones in it. Meat does not taste the same. They definitely switched suppliers. Waffle fries aren’t well seasoned at all. I’m so done with fast food.

After not being acknowledged for a while I just walked out.
Don’t waste your time/money on this location.

I got a grilled cheese breakfast sandwhich which is supposed to have 4 pieces of cheese and well.. be grilled. I ordered extra bacon and this is what I got, a single slice of cheese an egg and a lot of bacon on un-toasted cold not even warmed bread. Disappointed.
