Buono! The only Indian place I’ve been to where I actually thought the biryani (we got the prawn) was better than the curry (chicken tikka masala). We found the curry slightly lacking in taste. Good ambience inside and friendly people – would happily return.

Some authentic Indian flavors seem to be missing.
For example, in samosas, the potatoes should be fried before filling, with a few peas added in the mix, and a touch of carom seeds in the dough. The samosas should also be fried until they reach a slightly brownish color.
The paneer butter masala, on the other hand, had an artificial sweetness. This level of sweetness might be better suited for Shahi Paneer, but in butter masala, it feels out of place, and the gravy shouldn’t be quite so red.
As for the kofta, I wouldn’t recommend it. The gravy was okay, but the kofta itself was disappointing.
The kheer, however, was perfect.
Some of these changes might be due to adjustments in the traditional recipes to lessen the intensity of spices, as foreign guests might not be accustomed to the strong flavors.
