Four people behind the counter and only me ordering two coffees. Took way too long because they were busy doing other things. Customer should come before counting your cash. But there is plenty of parking. And the place is very clean with enough tables and chairs. And the coffee was delicious. Accessible ♿️.

Totally disappointed! I avoided this DD for over a year because of lack of unburnt coffee the last time I came here! Couldn’t even make two sandwiches properly and forgot to add the cold foam and charged me for it! The picture attached is the “matcha latte” my wife ordered and it was beyond foul and unmixed. She’s lactose intolerant and they gave her cow milk. Stay away if you’ve got any form of dietary allergies! Unsanitary unsafe and unskilled.

Terrible. Rude. I ordered a decaf and when the cashier reminded the person making the drink she said ‘it’s okay’ he repeated himself and told her to remake it she said ‘no it’s okay’ so I moved closer so I can see them making my drink and he was literally giving her a new cup. When he told her again to ‘just remake it’ she dumped some out and added decaf. I literally had to ask them to please make sure it’s decaf bc I am pregnant and sure enough she dumped it and remade it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back since that’s the closest location and ofcourse after an hour I realized it was in fact caffeinated. Just lazy and rude service never returning.

We ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on English muffin, donut and coffee. I’m not sure what one of the staff heard but my turkey sandwich didn’t come with the English muffin. We had to inform the staff about it and they fixed it. The store was clean.

Food is great. Its a shame that they try their hardest to get the order all WRONG. Id be over reacting if it was just one day, but its over the course of 3 days. How do you mess up Cold and Hot? you would think they would hire people with the basic sense of Touch.

literally took all of my information and made me go through a bunch of hassle just to tell me that they aren’t hiring, like hello?? and the coffee is extremely bitter I have to ask for like 87 sugar packs

Very disgusted! Today I ordered a Ice green tea there was a bug in my tea. Spoke to the manager he apologized and gave me a refund. Still not happy hoping I don’t get sick. Because I did take a few sips of the tea. Will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again

Great service but someone…anyone needs to come out and clean the tables and sweep the floor. I can’t believe this location has been renovated and its in such bad shape. The employees don’t wear gloves when serving…they come From The back room doing God knows what and then want to serve me without washing their hands. Nasty. Not coming back here.

This is a busy Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins ice cream section. The signage is not great regarding the ice cream… where a line starts , where to pay, etc. But the staff of very friendly and will direct you.
