Walked in and was met with the sweetest energy by their barista. The cappuccinos she served us had fruity notes and were a perfect start to this new year. Thank you, Asriel!

Absolutely great place to get coffee! This shop is located inside of a hotel but still is great small coffee shop to go to. The barista there was testing different ways of making coffee and giving it the tests to customers to try. Also asked me a few more questions than usual to try and find a latte that would suit me. The atmosphere isn’t the best compared to others but the location and coffee are incomparable to a lot of cafes I have been to.

Provisions is the best coffee shop I’ve been to in chatt – their prices are so much better than the other places I’ve been, the staff is friendly and quick to serve, and the pastries are to die for. I personally love the raspberry pastries, but I have liked every one I’ve tried. Definitely recommend even if you aren’t staying at the hotel

Great coffee shop in a great location! The vibe inside is super cool and it is literally right beside the Walnut Street Bridge! They are plenty of drinks to choose from and plenty of flavors! They also have great seasonal drinks that are great! The staff was friendly. The parking is a little hard in the area but not the shops fault. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn’t come back. Sadly, this really is just a coffee bar. I stopped by as they had a sign outside stating they have wifi. I needed to get some work done. Upon stopping in, I noticed there was only really like two tables in the lobby area of the hotel to work from. Neither of which had anywhere to plug in. I asked for a cappuccino and the barista said they didn’t have milk. Excuse me? You’re a coffee shop inside a hotel. How? If the intent is to get more foot traffic by locals in the area, you’re not doing a good job. There’s nowhere to work from. The table itself was dirty with coffee stains. The cappuccino I did receive was okay, but served in a disposable cup. Any time anything is served in a disposable cup, the message you’re sending is “we don’t want you here, leave.” The baristas just hid in the back the whole time. The host was on her phone the entire time. The coffee itself was okay but nothing amazing.

Consistently great coffee and service! We love to pop in here on a walk for a refreshing coffee and water with the pup.

I came to try out the coffee at Provisions. Marlow helped me decide what to order and was kind enough to let me sample the iced coffee before purchasing. She had to be one of the kindest people I ever met! Thankful for her kindness and light!

Super cute and right inside of the hotel. We stepped in for a coffee. Delicious and great service. They keep it simple and sometimes thats all you need. It was perfect. Thank you to Pigeon for great coffee and convo.

Your website doesn’t specify that 9am is too late for breakfast and the middle aged white woman (I assume she was the manager) that was wearing a black and white striped blazer on Sunday March 31 was extremely arrogant, nasty, and persistently rude. If she was going to be condescending the entire time I was waiting for my order with not only me, but with the staff, I wish she would have just told me she wouldn’t place my breakfast order instead of needlessly and persistently saying to her staff “have you checked to make sure this man’s order has been physically spoken to the staff since we are choosing to do him the kindness of making him this breakfast.” I felt like a huge bother. I could have easily been told no and been happy with just getting a muffin. All I did was place an order and the (very kind and sweet and helpful) young woman with the black curly hair mentioned (paraphrased) “we got it for you for sure I just have to go tell them about it because the system doesn’t pull the orders back to the kitchen because of a malfunction we are working on”. She was fantastic. It was the manager. But again. Why am I being mocked for a timing restraint that’s not listed on the menu on the website or in house? She kept loudly saying to the employee “since we are doing this for him make sure to go tell the kitchen”. “Did you tell the kitchen yet since we are doing this for him?”

And to top it all off. I got the meal to my hotel room and it . . . was wrong. I don’t normally care about wrong orders but this was the icing on the cake. And … My fault for not checking. But to be that condescending and rude and then also give me the wrong thing. . . . . . . . . . To repeat: The girl with the black curly hair and the young girl with the auburnish hair were nice and apologetic and did great. It was the middle aged manager in the black and white striped blazer that was there at 9am on March 31st. If you don’t offer breakfast at 9am, fine. Just update it and say it on your website and please have staff that doesn’t make your guests feel like a burden for assuming your space exists and runs in the way it currently says it does on your website.

Super cute and it’s in a gorgeous hotel. I was excited to try the coffee and food and was told when I walked in that 30 minutes prior they’re no longer doing food. I was offered a pastry, not really going to fill me up when I came for lunch. I politely declined and left without trying anything. The barista was nice and offered a breakfast sandwich, but again not what I was coming in thinking I was going to try.
