Ann Marie did a great job servicing us and Josh did another great job with the steak subs. This place has been around for years and definitely a hidden gem of the city. Trust me when I saw you can’t go wrong ordering from here

Food is always great and high quality. I’ve never had a bad meal here, ever. Lasagna, Buffalo chicken sub, or turkey sub are my favorites. Gets a decent lunch rush but service is still quick. You can always call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Ample parking.

What can I say about Ciaccias other than simply perfection! I used to come here almost daily when I lived in the area but since moving away this is a must stop for me when I come back to visit.
My goto is a Marasco special….. best sandwich I’ve ever had!
Can’t forget the wedding soup. Simple, flavorful, and hearty.
The greens and beans are to die for!

When I tell you caccias makes the absolutely the very BEST steak subs in Rochester. They had a location on dewey they closed which makes me have to go to their original location on lee rd which is so much further for me but you know what I would go to the ends of the earth if I had to for their steak sub because simply put there is no comparison with any other place in Rochester lol. 2 steak subs in the bag they put it in to go feels like a good 10 pounds and its not that shaved bland steak-ems meat , its a hefty large sub filled with flavorful steak meat that makes you want more with literally every bite.

One of the best Italian restaurant I have been. They have some unique subs. I had chicken and eggplant parmesan sub. It’s quite a different combination but it worked. It tastes delicious.

This place is the perfect little taste of everything that makes small family businesses the best. The food is absolutely delicious. The subs were chock full of meat and cheese and toppings. The fries were golden brown, crunchy yet melted in your mouth, and perfectly seasoned. The staff were lively and friendly and walking in felt like walking into a home filled with family and friends. Will definitely be back here as often as I can!

The food is great, but there’s a serious issue with the mismatch between the posted menu prices and the actual prices charged.
The large menu board listed sliced bread sandwiches at $8.99, with chicken salad as a +$1.00 add-on. At checkout, I was surprised to be charged almost $15. I clarified that I ordered just the sandwich, not a meal, and was told that the price was for the sandwich alone.
When I pointed out the posted menu price, the owner said the menu prices were wrong and that there are Post-it notes at the checkout table reflecting price increases, and that I could check the website menu for accurate prices lol.
Listen, charge whatever you want; it’s your business. But having inaccurate prices displayed on the main menu right where customers order is misleading and raises concerns.

I have to say Ciaccia’s is one of a kind rare gem. The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is greet and always so friendly. This is a most if your in the rochester area.
