Went inside to place a togo order. I have no clue why their employees would serve us this… we ordered $30 worth of food and literally every single item looked like the photos below- nothing had any sauce or meat on it. The food was served lukewarm though it came out really fast. None of the special instructions were followed so we paid for extra sour cream and then nothing had sour cream on it. Just super bummed. Nobody ever has high expectations for a Taco Bell but this is insanely disappointing.

This is a great late night stop. The staff is always in a good mood. Food comes fast and just the way I order it. Clean, orderly. Everyone is busy doing a good job. Will stop any night.

You can definitely tell that this particular place made accomodations during lockdowns, and has since became too lazy to bring it back up to speed.
This place has a third of the eating area blocked off for what is now their napkin and lid storage. Like if that’s what the public needs in case of armageddon. When I went to order, the staff was insistent on us rushing our order in, only to take longer to get our meals even prepped and ready. Then the goofballs just slung a box into a bag and called it a day for us.
Definitely one to avoid.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was shocked to see how low this kfc/Taco Bell was rated when I went to pull up the menu. This one is close to my work so I visit often and I’d say 99.99999% of the time they are ridiculously fast and this is my favorite Taco Bell as far as the food goes. I customize a lot of items and they almost always get it exactly right, and it’s always hot and fresh. This location slaps and the other reviews are just ops

Genuinely the freshest, crispiest Taco shell I’ve EVER had from Taco Bell. The guy at the window at 11:45pm this Sunday was super nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks!

You cannot order from this location on their website. You can select the store and then press Start order but then the location will always change to the location several miles away but also on Sheridan so it is very difficult to tell that the location was changed.
Won’t order taco bell without utilizing the website promotions so will never eat from this location. I tried once and guess what, they didn’t have my order.

this is literally the best Taco Bell in the entire state arguably the entire country. They made me a smothered burrito in the year 2022 and I have never been happier. This has cured all of my childhood trauma all of my life problems I will never be sad again all thanks to this Taco Bell
