“I didn’t realize Dairy Queen had released a new scent called ‘Locker Room & Onions,’ but it was definitely the featured item today. The smell didn’t just greet us at the door; it latched onto our souls. We’ve been home for an hour and I’m pretty sure my car now smells like a marathon runner’s gym bag. I came for a Blizzard, but I left with a permanent memory of someone’s hygiene choices.”

Our DQ stores have new owners and things are not as good as before. Service is pretty slow. You wait extended time periods for your order. This is at both locations. Also I ordered a frozen cupcake and there was only around a half inch of ice cream in the bottom. It was filled with the topping instead of ice cream. So you actually get frozen whipped topping with a little crumb and ice cream for almost a dollar more. Won’t be back.

Went here for supper tonight on February 27th,2021 Brionna R. Took my order which was the 6 buck double cheeseburger meal which I screwed up the order I wanted it plain which the cook/worker Hannah fixed when I told her and I appoligized for my mix up got my food 5 minutes later the drive thru was swamped busy as heck so the way they treated was amazing under the stress and craziness so in my eyes I’ll be back soon the only issue was at the end when I was about to leave they had two gentleman show up who creeped the staff out in the past and were told this and to please leave which they didn’t take very well but they left without issues so things didn’t turn crazier and I’m shocked how calm Hannah was through that so in my eyes she is an amazing staff member and deserve some kind of raise or promoting don’t loose her or this staff at this location Dairy Queen they are phenomenal !!!

The 2nd time I have ordered through door dash and dairy queen has not given me what I ordered. The first time I ordered a crispy chicken salad and when it came there was no chicken on it. This time I ordered onion rings and they were over cooked and hard as rocks plus I ordered a meal and didn’t get the pop. I’m very disappointed in the Cranston rd Dairy Queen and will not be ordering from them anymore.

This is the worst DQ that my wife and I have ever been to. In the last two months we have probably been here about 3-4 times, I order a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in crunch coat on and they always sprinkle a pinch of crunch coat on. If you google “DQ crunch coat” you will see the ice cream is covered in it – This has never been my experience at this location, every other DQ does it the correct way. Also, all of last year if you ordered anything with chocolate ice cream, it was soup. No warning that the chocolate icecream is liquid you find that out when they hand it to you in the car. In my opinion it’s worth driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the other DQ in Beloit near the river.

Service was horrible. Disrespectful workers. Over charged me and threw my blizzards at me one almost fell out the window will never go back. Also none of our “blizzards” are blizzards. They came with kids on them and a spoon. We can’t use the spoon we have to use straws or just drink it. Very upsetting. I called and the lady gave me even more attitude she told me to call on Monday but I’m not waiting I will be calling tomorrow and on Monday and as many times as I need to until something is done. Something was extremely wrong with the.. both my guys are in the bathrooms throwing up. One was a animal cookie and one was a brownie with recess pieces

I’d like to to give this location 4 stars because I enjoy dairy queen products, especially blizzard’s. But they simply are not the speediest.
