The Chocolate Therapist makes all-natural, handcrafted chocolate onsite and serves gourmet coffee. The shop is 100% gluten-free, the chocolate is also soy-free and the dark chocolate is vegan. Coffee drinks are made with locally roasted coffee and organic flavoring syrups. Customers can also enjoy the self-serve wine bar with a custom plate of chocolates. The shop’s all-natural focus comes from shop owner Julie Nygard’s lifelong interest in nutrition and her love for chocolate. Her book The Chocolate Therapist: A User’s Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate drives the shop’s commitment to excellence.
Chocolate confections are made in house in a quaint setting with gifts, coffee & wine pairings.

Edit to reply to owner’s response: I didn’t ask for a new cortado to be made because I had already left your establishment before I started drinking it. In your response I didn’t hear any apology for the drink actually burning me. When I order drinks from coffee shops, I don’t expect them to be made scolding hot unless I ask for “extra hot”. As I am typing this my tongue and mouth have a loss of sensation from the experience in your establishment. I am sure this wasn’t an intentional error on their part but frankly it doesn’t matter because the end result was a harmful experience to me. Your business could not undue what had already been done.
Initial review: I ordered a cortado here and it was made very hot because it instantly burned my tongue and lips when I sipped it. Ideal temperature for this drink is 130-140 degrees. I have an espresso machine at home and watch my temperature carefully to avoid going above 150 degrees for any drink I make. I suspect this drink was closer to 160. A cortado is meant to be drank quickly but that wasn’t possible. Annoying to pay for something that burned me. The drink also tasted burnt which indicates the milk was over done. Probably won’t be back for an espresso drink. I did taste some chocolate here which was good.

Visiting family 9/6 in Littleton from Lancaster, PA. Second time we shopped TTT. Asked the nice young lady behind the register about her favorite item in the shop and bought the DARK CHOCOLATE MINT MELTAWAYS on her recommendation. Wonderfulness!
We come from the land of chocolate with Mars and Hershey close by. Neither is in the same league as TTT. Wilbur Chocolate(no longer privately owned) close by in Lititz PA comes close, but TTT takes the cake; or I guess “candy” in this case!
We will need to bring an extra suitcase as we visit in the future as that one box lasted just two days under immense self-control!

Fantastic locally owned chocolatier that offers a wide variety of delicious confections. I’m particularly partial to their dark chocolates and the mocha lattes, and their whiskey and wine pairing chocolates are amazing.
The staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re in the area, definitely pay these folks a visit!

I recently moved to Highlands Ranch, and was finally able to explore downtown Littleton. I came across this darling little shop. Adore the concept of chocolate and wine or tea pairings!
