Placed a pickup order at the Federal Way Domino’s in Twin Lakes on a busy Saturday evening while the Seahawks game was on, so I expected some delays. I ordered about an hour in advance, and the pizza was ready right around the one-hour mark, which felt reasonable given the volume. The store was extremely busy when I walked in, but I was helped immediately once my order showed “ready” in the app, which I appreciated. The app status seemed accurate and helped set expectations. The location itself is very small, and during peak times it feels cramped and a bit chaotic. Parking is plentiful overall, but several cars were stopped or parked directly in front of the restaurant, likely trying to get in and out quickly, which added to the congestion. I didn’t notice any restrooms available, which may matter for some customers. Despite the chaos, the staff seemed to be moving efficiently given the circumstances.

This is the closest Domino’s location to us, but we prefer it over any others in the area. Food is always fresh and delicious! Wait times can be longer during peak hours, but they do their best to get you your food as quickly as possible so that it’s still hot and not stale or anything. Deliveries are also still very hot and fresh. Highly recommend!

Delivered. idk what planet these prices came from. also the boxes said large but the rest of the USA Domino’s has actually large pizza these boxes said large but looked medium. I bought a lot of pizzas to earn the points to get a free medium two topping pizza only to go and order that two topping pizza and get a pizza that basically had one topping on it. And that is my only complaint. I truly think this happens a lot this can’t be a one-off . I wanted extra Chicken on the pizza and basically got a piece of the pizza didn’t even have a piece of chicken on it it is just so disappointing to continually be at consumer in these day and ages and have the businesses take advantage of your patronage. This location makes good pizza however they dropped the ball in this one…. big time

The pizza is always great! Only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is because they always, always miss a cutt on the pizza and make it 6 slices instead of 8. Besides that, the staff are always friendly, food is always right, and done quickly!

Would give 0 stars. I ordered two pizzas and one was perfect, the other looked like it was dropped while hot so all the sauce, cheese, and toppings were on the side of the box dripping out. (UPDATE: I tried to eat the two pieces that still were decent, it was undercooked…) Then I go online through the motions and they give me a coupon for next time, ask if I’m satisfied and I said no because I want MY PIZZA remade not to buy one on another day. So then it prompts me to the store number to get in touch with them since the coupon wasn’t good enough, why is the store then gonna offer me the same coupon to use another time. Have we lost so much customer service that we can’t remake food orders that were messed up?? I work in the service industry myself and have even worked in pizza and MOD would’ve NEVER EVER let that happen and would’ve offered to remake the pizza or reimburse them.I ordered dominos bc there was a coupon, but I’ll stick to MOD since they actually treat their customers like people. Because cheap by itself isn’t good, that’s just poor taste.

I hadn’t ordered a pizza for delivery in a while and saw the stuffed crust pizza but figured I’d give it a try. Absolutely worse pizza (barely warm), service(lack of)) we’ve had. We waited over an hour and half, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone after calling when it was 45 minutes. Dominoes isn’t the same one we remember and it was way too expensive!

I always order the pan made deluxe pizza here but this time it was burnt black to a crisp and not edible. Very few vegetables, and it was not puffy as pan made is noted for. Absolutely the worst pizza ever! This place is not consistent…some employees are complacent and dont care. You never can count on a consistent good product. Time to switch to Lil Caesar across the street!
