Social Profile:

Korean style BBQ and hot pot are two popular Eastern Asian cooking methods that offer unique dining experiences. Korean BBQ uses pork, beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables, seasoned or marinated, grilled at your table and served with side dishes and rice. Hot pot has a simmering pot of soup stock on the table filled with ingredients like meat, veggies, and seafood, which are cooked in the broth and enjoyed with dipping sauce. Both offer communal dining and are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

First time customer. All you can eat Korean Toppot and bbq. Plaza is an eye sore but plenty parking. Upon entering there’s signage that warns of extra charges for over ordering that leads to food waste not really welcoming but then there’s a claw machine and place for taking photos. Upon walking to host stand no real warm greeting but there were hosts who asked table or booth. Sat at Booth could use reupholstering but other than that place was clean. Waiter came gave detailed explanation of options and experience to come. There were two of us and we had to order the same thing even if the other really didn’t want it. If one gets it you’re both charged individually for the same thing which is shareable. We both got the pot and bbq $40 each which consisted of protein and veggie options for both. I got spicy broth and spicy beef with veggies in my pot for ramen and Angus steak and salmon with veggies for the BBQ with rice. Waiter brought out all items raw and the table which is a cooking surface was turned on for us to cook all items ourselves about eight minutes total for food to cook cooking utensils provided. There’s also a buffet bar with sauces and seasonings to use on your food which you go get yourself. That is also where you will find silverware if you need them because they only bring chopsticks to eat with at the table. For drinks there’s fountain drinks and boba that I saw to order. For dessert you can go get an ice cream cup from a self serve freezer or on the buffet there’s a small choice of desserts but they didn’t look all that appetizing to be honest so I didn’t indulge. At the end of the meal whatever you don’t eat of the cooked food is not allowed to be taken and is forced to go in the trash. I was permitted to take my soup but about three times I was asked not to attempt to take any leftover food as if I would try to steal it. That was pretty offensive.
Overall the food at the table was really good. Desserts didn’t appear appetizing and some soda was out. The customer service for actual food service was good though we didn’t order any additional food other than the first round.

This is a dining experience. You get to choose what you want to eat and then it goes on the either the grill or in the hot pot with the broth of your choice. So you can either get items for just the hot pot or BBQ grill or pay to get both($30) for both. But as long as you eat everything you dont get charged for the extra food that was leftover. So our group of 4 we loved the dumplings so we kept those coming during our whole meal plus lamb shrimp and ramen. Go try it it’s easier to understand once you’re there. But it’s definitely worth the price for the amount of food that you can eat. But just be aware there is a 2 hour table limit if they’re busy.

The food here is amazing! Everything tasted super fresh, and the quality of the meat and vegetables was excellent. You can really tell they pay attention to freshness and flavor. Great service and fun atmosphere too definitely one of the best K-BBQ spots around.

Never been here before, the staff was absolutely amazing in helping me figure everything out. We did the lunch ramen bowls. All you can eat with unlimited soups mixers. Kept adding new foods I have never tried before. They guided me with trying new things and cooking ideas. Never been to a place that was so helpful with ideas for amazing experiences.
The Bobba strawberry milk tea is amazing there, the flavor is out of this world.
This has become one of my favorite places to go anymore. We’ll worth the money and experiences!

It was our first time here, so we tried the Hot Pot and BBQ both. Along with the usual selection of meats, vegetables and sauces for the BBQ, you get a similar selection for the Hot Pot. The Hot Pot reminded me of Shabu Shabu, a broth that you cook the vegetable, meats and seafood. There are many broth selections, and I chose the Korean Spice level 2 broth. It had a great kick and flavor and the meats and vegetables were delicious.

My only complaint was the lack of pickled vegetables and other small dishes standard in most Korean restaurants. Service was great, and the atmosphere was nice as well, if nothing fancy.

The experience felt a bit suffocating and tiring. There was not much help available, and the staff could be more supportive when people are placing their orders. It would be helpful if they explained what to get and how to prepare it. At other Korean barbecue places I have been to, there is usually someone around to guide or check in. I think I may have undercooked something because I had a bit of a stomachache later. I did not like their seafood much, but their beef tasted good. Loved the brown sugar boba tea as well. I think it could be a good experience if you already know what you are doing, but better staff support would make it easier.

After Hotpot, we used a KTV private room for about two hours. During the entire time, there was essentially no service at all. The only interaction we had with a staff member was asking to turn on the air conditioning, which was done with a very unfriendly and unwilling attitude.

We did not order any alcohol and only purchased two milk tea drinks. Despite the lack of service, a 20% automatic gratuity was charged without any prior notice. The payment was processed directly by card, and we were never informed or asked for consent.

Charging a mandatory 20% tip with no service, no explanation, and an extremely poor attitude is unacceptable and feels misleading. This is not how gratuity works, and customers deserve transparency and basic respect.

I strongly do not recommend this place, especially if you plan to use their KTV rooms.

From the moment you walk in, you know that you are in for an amazing meal. The graphics on the walls, the furniture, and lighting are all so well put together. The broth options for hot pot are many more than I’ve seen at other hot pot restaurants. I loved how the restoration herb broth had vegetables and meat already in it. The other meat and veg options are numerous. The spice and sauce bar was so clean, well stocked, and had many options as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the desserts.

Only down fall is they don’t offer appetizers (that I’ve seen) all other hot pot k BBQs that I’ve been to have takoyaki. Oysters , and other appetizers with the all you can eat menu but I didnt see them at this one sadly. Out side of that absolutely AMAZING well ventilated too we usually get hot by the grills but here it’s nice and airy and open to help reduce heat

Great atmosphere, excellent service and incredible food. Our waiter was very attentive. I was frankly a little overwhelmed with all the food options. We did the hot pot and barbecue combo which I think was a great price. There is a sauce, appetizer & fruit section in the back. An overall great experience, I cannot wait to go back!
