I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never been treated so badly!!! I usually don’t post about bad service/bad food, I just usually don’t do a review but this place needs one! I questioned the two separate boxes after I was told they didn’t have a large box for my large pizza and that’s fine BUT the response I got from the lady was hostile, confrontational, verbally abusive. I wont go into details but this level of service is despicable!!!!!!! I wouldn’t want someone of this nature representing my company. I reached out to corporate and no response, however, I also reached out to the south pasadena location and the did respond. They stated I would be issued a credit, NOT true. The last time I tried to order from here they had no notes of my previous horrible experience! Steer clear of this location! I really do enjoy pizza hut but I’ll drive out of my way to visit another one, IF I EVER DO! Papa John’s and hungry howies now has a new customer!!!

To the owner who resonded to my review as I am not able to leave another review. I appreciate your reponse, now as a proactive owner, why don”t you post photos taken from your location’s kitchen of how the personal pan and boneless chicken wing box should look when it comes out of your Pizza Hut location. That way when other buyers who purchase your personal pan and boneless chicken wings, they will know the standard on how it should look like. And if it doesn’t, they can simply refuse the order. Otherwise your response is meaningless. In addition, why have you not offered a refund and to meet with me at your location to show how your standard should look? I have now lowered your serivce from five stars to two stars. ]]Start of original review. This food was the worst my gf and I ever had. We each ordered personal pans with wings. First, the personal pans were terrible, tasted like a microwave and about half the height of a personal pan. It was not cooked in a pan. Crust was terrible, barely any sauce on the one we ordered with sauce, bacon was black burnt crumbs. Now the boneless wing, not edible, tough, no moisture, sauce was dribbled over the top instead of tossed. Cooking method was anyone’s guess. Only pleasant part was the employee that took my payment. We will never order from here again. The franchise and manager should be ashamed. $19 for absolute garbage that made you feel worse than before you ate it. Health department should audit the place.

Service was horrible. Delived wrong pizza, I call to alert them of the issue, female was rude told me I had pick the replacement pizza,
( that I already paid for delivery) and then hung up on me. So I called back to confirm and she hung up again. When I went to pick up my correct pizza, the two employees were hanging out by register playing on there phones. I ask who was rude on the phone and ask for her name, she proceeded to start yelling at me, so I tried to take her picture and she turned her back on me and went behind the take out warmers. She then chased me out threatening to call police on me and told me that she spit on my pizza. I have been getting pizza here for over 10yrs and have never felt so violated. She needs to be fired and changes made to this store.

Tgis Pizza Hut just had a change Of management. And the results are horrible. Before they had such a good crew working there. They were always fast and the order came out exactly how you wanted it. Now it’s horrible orders wrong and it took an extra 20 minutes. I will stop ordering pizza here.

Ordered 1 week ago, they had forgotten an item, no big deal reached out was told manager would reach out in 1 to 3 business days, I thought ok no big deal (all I wanted was a reimbursement) still have yet to hear and still haven’t been reimbursed very unfortunate

I love this Pizza Hut. Close to the beach, good fast service, and excellent pizzas! Tonight I was assisted by Amanda, she was very polite and helpful – even giving me a waterproof bag to put my pizza in since it was raining cats and dogs.

Always order pizzas from here. I don’t know what happened, but you all dropped the ball big time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with buffalo sauce……I received this pitiful thing. Wasn’t cooked, no cheese, and no buffalo sauce. But you got the pepperoni right, so 1/3 congrats to you all.

Have eaten at this Pizza Hut for years and they have gone ALL the way downhill. The last straw was during our last purchase.

We ordered a large Stuffed Crust pizza with 16 wings and a 2 liter. Asked for the pizza to be well done. The order arrives without the wings. We call the store and they say that they’re sorry the driver forgot them, if you want them you will have to come pick them up. I thought that was a bit ridiculous since we paid several extra fees for delivery. We agreed to pick them up. But wait there’s more!

When checking the pizza I noticed that the pizza wasn’t Stuffed Crust. Also it was UNDERCOOKED!! Not even overly picky with this well done preference but normally request it so it’s not doughy. I call the store again and they say “oh sorry we meant to call you but we ran out”. At this point we were already heading there. We go in to pick up our cold wings so we can go back home to eat our cold mistake pizza and request a refund.

They tell us that the manager isn’t in but they will write down “refund” on the ticket and that’s it. We’re satisfied with this because even though it’s cold and not what we ordered if there’s no charge for all of the mistakes and inconveniences then whatever right?

WRONG!! We never get a refund. We call back on two separate occasions to get the refund processed. Most recently they say the manager will call us to get the refund finalized. Weeks later still no call or refund. You guys dropped the ball and refuse to make it right. As far as chain pizzas go, avoid this one! A fish stinks from the head down! The leadership here needs an overhaul.
