Honestly I’m so disappointed. I was so excited to get my food since I did order it from uber eats because I was at work. When I received it I noticed it was awfully light, I open it and it’s a misery of a portion compared to other times I’ve gotten chipotle. Then I come to notice, they didn’t even get my order right, I was missing the black beans. You know how dry it tasted without the beans. And mind you I paid $30 for this and a bag of chips, not really 100% chipotles doing since I did order through uber eats but come on guys.

Meah forced my hand in leaving a review. I hate writing them, however this is much deserved. Chipotle is a place I can consistently go to and NEVER get tired of. However to do as well as what I got with this night crew is nothing shy of excellent! Their energy to bring a smile and compliment the little things to each character is amazing. Food was prepared and fresh for not only myself but the next 10 people waiting in line that they handled with ease. Their communication made them look like they are owners. Well representing Chipotle!

Stop skipping out on portion size. If you can’t afford to give regular portion size you might close on that location, but you guys make enough money to give the correct portions that you used to $17 and you’re skipping on portions come on take care of your consumer. I will come back a few days from now to see if this is consistent.

We went in and after being rushed to order even with the lack of people inside they messed up my order and my girlfriends. They were extremely rude and disrespectful when we asked for rice without cilantro. Running around horseplaying saying”I hope they aren’t looking at the cameras”.

The lighter toned girl with red hair that served us was completely rude. Barely even acknowledged us until it was time to begin our order, and even then she clearly rushed us, beginning to end. She hardly even looked our way the entire time, and kept asking “what else, what else” as if she was ready for the order to be done. She was moving so fast that some of my ingredients barely made it into the bowl, as a lot of them ended up on the counter, considering she was actually THROWING the spoon. To end up paying $20 for the 2 bowls and this was the end result was crazy. You can literally see the bottom of my bowl in the picture. Service and product sucked, and I actually love chipotle. The only positive thing about this experience was the ONE girl who said hello to us at the door, and I want to say she was the same one who rung us up in the end. The ticket says Tatiana, but she may have just been under someone else’s POS account, so I’m not completely sure. Nonetheless, thank you to her and her only.

Dine in, We eat at a lot of Chipotles across the US. This one has a lot of complaints about the service, we had no issues with it. I had a chicken bowl and three tacos and we were happy with the serving size. It tasted great and the person that helped us was pleasant, as was the cashier. It’s seeing the pictures. The place is pretty clean. Everybody was working, no joking and messing around. I would eat here again.

Today, I was really disappointed with the lettuce at Chipotle. It was wilted and not fresh, despite staff assuring me it was. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. I also noticed staff standing around and chatting instead of taking care of these issues. This isn’t the level of service or quality I expect, and I hope Chipotle addresses these problems soon.

ETA online order pickup for 12:50pm. At 12:51pm I pulled in online pickup line. They were waiting on fajita veggies, advised me to park in 1 of 2 spots in front and would walk out to my car when it was ready. I waited until 1:13pm, checked the app which said order was ready, and pulled back around to the online pickup line (because no one came out). I wait another minute for the order to be handed to me. I get home 10min later, and the order I waited for fajita veggies on doesn’t have them. Plus, I paid extra for guac in the other order and it’s not there either.
Waited for nothing, paid extra for food not received. First time here since moving nearby, hopefully the next time is better.

Entered this LOCATION on Monday 11/18/2024. I had the taste for some “FRESH” food which is advertised by this corporation. I was introduced to dried out (protein) and the beans were so dry they appeared to be sitting for hours. This is the problem with places like these. They want to pay for fake advertisement instead of making certain quality is delivered daily. I simply walked out NEVER to return.
