I’m 100% positive the employees at this location stole my credit card info given to them over the phone. Not 5 mins after placing my order 3 fraudulent charges showed up on my bank account. These employees are definitely stealing credit card information

The fact that the front door is always locked and you have to ring the doorbell to be buzzed in is so bizarre, and was a turn off to me. Then for a good while, there were no employees at the counter so another customer and I (I placed an order through the app while he was ordering in person) were just awkwardly waiting for them to service us eventually. Part of me was glad I chose the cash option because every fiber of my being just wanted to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Thankfully I didn’t because the food was still good, but not enough for me to come back… I’d have to be paid or get the food for free (or major discount) for me to return.
Also no option to dine in here (in fact there was a sign that said no eating in the lobby (so we were waiting in a “lobby” just now?)) ruins this place for me as well since I had to awkwardly take my pizza and drink to a nearby bus stop to consume. I know these places try to push for pick up and delivery, but doing it this way, isn’t it.

Wanted to place an order for take out but the staff decided it would be better to just talk to each other and play on their phones. I was asked by a thinner female if I was picking up or ordering. When I replied that I was ordering she told me the heavier set female would be up soon to help me but she was busy talking and joking with the male staff member just outside the walk in cooler. Once he decided to go mop she then began to walk up to the thinner girl and show her something on her phone. I was fed up with the lack of customer service and I walked out. Management needs to address your staff. I hope that management was not one of the 3 people present because you’ll be losing more than just my business behind that kind of service.

I ordered one pizza online for carry out. When I got there the door was locked, the employee at the front counter saw but stayed on his cellphone. I was finally let in by another employee. Given, this was close to closing, I ordered my pizza about 40 minutes before closing. When I arrived, I was told it will still be a wait. I was then given an open pizza box with this inside. The sauce cups were visibly slammed into pizza with indents. The bread was paper thin. I overheard the worker say “they order 5 minutes before closing, they get what they get”. Treatment and the food here was very bad. I can understand frustration, but to send something out like this speaks very low levels and standards on behalf of the restaurant.

I’m a Papa John’s regular and have been ordering from this location for about 2 years about once to twice a month. All the orders are delivered quickly, but lately at the expense of quality. The last couple orders I’ve asked for specific orders (e.g. double toppings, light cheese, extra sauce) but it’s just a normal pizza as if my requests were ignored at the expense of speed. I’ve posted a picture of today’s light cheese, extra sauce, double mushroom pizza.
Usually a good branch, but on the decline.

Well, I’ll never return. My stomach turned looking at this pizza. Who thought this was acceptable?

The short girl with dark hair is always the sweetest when coming in. Came in few days ago. Kids were so hungry and wanted pizza! When we came in, we were greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Asked if we were picking up or needed to place an order. We placed our order. Was told our food would be ready in about 15. While we chose to wait inside. She took the time to ask me and the kids how our day was, which was nice because it seemed like there was a lot to do and busy but took the time to make us feel very welcomed. The girl with dark hair was actually very fast. Our order was done within 10 minutes( maybe less than) the pizza was great. The kids really enjoyed it. Will continue to order from here 🙂
