One of my consistent go-tos for Springfield… consistent on food, vibe, drinks and more! Adrian usually takes care of me and did so in style today… obviously started with some chips & salsa, added a Chorizo con Queso (10/10), an alacart Sopes, and for the main course the Bella Special (subbed the shrimp for extra carne asada & pollo… of course topped off with a house marg. Someone get me a wheelbarrow and get me outta here

Let me start by applauding the cleanliness of this restaurant, its fast friendly service, and the presentation of their food. Everything was plated beautifully. The food was hot and tasty, very Tex-Mex to my taste buds but still enjoyable. The portions are very generous, considering splitting an entree and adding a side. The fried ice cream looked beautiful but the taste was slightly less than expected. Still a very enjoyable experience. ☺️

This is probably the best Mexican food I have had in Missouri so far, I had the enchiladas for days and that included cheese and Mexican rice. Everything else in Missouri has been AWFUL! The lettuce on the side was real nice and leafy- not sad and paltry. The flavor was delicious and the meat for the enchiladas was very tender. My company I was with had a burrito (don’t remember which one) and shrimp tacos. Everyone really liked their food! The only thing is that our waiter did not refill our water and didn’t check-in with us besides at the end. He was very friendly and nice though so five stars still.

The complimentary chips and salsa were great! The Al Pastor Street Tacos were a bit plain. The Tacos De Salmon were slightly dry but still decent. The Sopa De Elote was rich, though you’d want some carbs like rice with it. The rice and beans that came with the dishes were mid. The steak in the Carne Asada was a delicious fatty cut but was oily. The Horchata was good and they gave us a free refill. The food tasted authentic but not the best Mexican I’ve had.

If you haven’t been, you should go. This place is wonderful. We walked in and were welcomed by their big iguana. The atmosphere was very nice. When we received our food, we were surprised by the presentation! The food all tasted great! We’ll definitely be going back next time we are in Springfield.

We both felt like a Mexican meal on Date. Night. So we decided on Casa Bella because it was conveniently close and it was a fabulous decision, on my part. the food was fantastic and beautifully displayed, the drinks were inexpensive and tasty. I licked the rim for the coconut chips. And our server, Kimbella, was awesome. We will definitely return very soon.

First. This place is beautiful. The decor is spot on. It has nice furnature with just the right amount of wall hangings. The staff is friendly and prompt. Not disappointed. But here’s where the story changes. Chips and salsa came out as a bottle and 2 almost empty bowls. Mine had a bug in it. Luckily they didn’t charge me extra for it. We ordered and the food was okay, but I expected more heat. The sauses just taste like ketchup. The chips are excellent though.

I’ve been here twice, lunch and dinner. Both times have been great! Their chip are addictive, prices are reasonable and presentation of the food is fantastic. I would recommend. I don’t know how they are not more busy.
