We were pleasantly surprised at how well we liked the food. The portions were plentiful. We ordered the chicken Parmesan and open faced roast beef. The green beans were seasoned just right. The mashed potatoes were “delightful“ according to my husband. Anna was a personable and friendly waitress. If you purchase the City Saver app, you’ll find some great coupons!

Hailey, the chef prepared a delicious meal within minutes of what it would take at a local fast food restaurant and was the best tasting. The presentation was mouth watering good and I would definitely eat at McKenna’s again to enjoy her food. Her salmon was prepared beautifully blackened, the bacon cheeseburger was grilled to perfection, and the wings were coated with every zesty bite. Every bit of the food was really delicious and I couldn’t decide on a favorite.
Eric, the bartender created drinks I requested and was a delight to talk with. The drinks were made to my taste and his recommendations on new drinks opened my eyes to new flavors along with favorites. I especially loved the pineapple upside-down cocktail but a dirty Shirley will always be my go to drink!

Eggs are terrible, and the sausage did not look cooked. Should be complimentary with hotel stay. Never will go here again. Waffle house is 10 times better! 1 star for the Cereal, and the fruit looked OK.

Literally the worst hotel resturant I’ve ever been too. The prices are high, and it looks nice so you think on a Friday night it’d be a great experience. WRONG!!!! The sever and bartender barely speak English, and there is one cook. We have sat over an hour, meanwhile we might leave without food because we’re involved in a pool tournament here and are about to get called off. Ridiculous pricing and lousy service. This place needs to replace the staff altogether man. There’s barely anyone in here, there’s no reason to wait for food!!!

Adriene is great friendly and attentive. I can’t drink anything carbonated and they don’t have tea at night and she goes out of her way and makes me ice tea so I can have something to drink with my meal.

This past Sunday the breakfast buffet was not open. We saw at least a dozen people turn around and leave because of this. We had a party of 7 arrive at 9am. There was only one waitress and a hostess that could not and would not help. First drinks didn’t come to the entire table until 9:40 am. The rest of the service was good thanks to Carolyn. The food was okay.

Awful. Took 30 minutes to get waited on, sitting at the bar. About 9 people there. Took an hour to get food. Salmon okay but no white sauce. No flavor to vegetables. Asked for salt and they gave me pepper. Not worth the price.

I have stayed at many hotels here in the Cincinnati area , and several of them have complimentary breakfast that is the same if not better than the breakfast here, that they charge $15 for. Golden Corral’s literally less than 2-minutes away and you can get the full breakfast buffet for less than that.. and also several other restaurants.. I hate shedding bad light on them because I really do like the hotel, it is very nice.. I just cannot believe they have the nerve to charge that amount of money for that.

For being a restaurant inside a hotel this was surprisingly good. The burger was great, the steak fries which I usually don’t like were crispy and tasted good. Definitely worth checking out
