The short guy who works the night shift has 0 customer service and needs to go. He came in after my order was placed with someone else. Yelled across the restaurant over 7 guys ordering at the counter if I placed my order. I said “yes”. He then went to the back and proceed to cook about 150 wings( confirmed another customers 100piece order). My food was sitting on the counter for the 30 minutes I waited, unbeknownst to me. He finally comes up to take my order and I told him I already placed it and he looked shocked and handed me the container. MIND U I NEVER COMPLAINED 1 TIME I WAITED!!! I asked for fresh food and he proceeds to ARGUE with me that I told him I didn’t order anything and it is “fresh” even tho it clearly isn’t anymore. So I told him forget it and to give me my money back. He proceed to LIE and say he doesn’t have access to the register. Then LIED AGAIN AND SAID HE DOESNT HAVE THE MANAGER OR OWNERS NUMBER WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE BECAUSE ITS A FAMILY BUSINESS. after an exchange of words he finally opened the register to give me my money. ALL THAT OVER A 6 PIECE REMAKE WHEN U ARE AT FAULT 100% AND U HAVE 150 WINGS COOKED AND FRESH IN THE BACK. They need to get rid of him, aside from that, I have always had a good experience with the goofy tall man. It’s a shame the other man has 0 customer service and will cause them to lose customers.

My wings were crispy and cooked well. I got the chicken tenders for my son and he enjoyed them as well. The Atmosphere needs a bit of work but I understand they just opened and work is being put in. Staff was friendly and I look forward to trying them again. Caribbean jerk flavor

LOVE!!! this spot. The staff is very friendly and kind , the Buffalo lemon pepper are very delicious , This is my favorite wing spot in Kenner especially for the big backs they stay open until 2am Monday thru Thursday and Friday to Sunday 4am , the mozzarella sticks are also BOMB . BEST FOOD INVESTMENT TO COME TO KENNER .

I ordered some of these wings for the first time through UberEats. They had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. They were delivered hot and fresh and boy were they good! The Buffalo sauce was on point! I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to my friends and family!

Arrived here after midnight. I got tenders and fries. Fries were okay. But the tenders – which were huge (4 that are half a breast size each) – didn’t taste or smell right, so I couldn’t eat them. That wasn’t great. Prep also took a while. I tasted a wing with sauce that a family member ordered – it was decent. For a late night meal after a long travel day, I was really looking forward to this. I do appreciate the effort but I’m kinda disappointed. Maybe better in the future.

So I asked my husband to bring me donuts.. and this man walked in the house with 20 piece wings and a plate of crazy fries AND LEMME TELL YOU, this was so good I didn’t even know they existed .. bro the wings . . we don’t have good places in Kenner that offer fya wings , and they definitely took the lead. RECOMMEND 100!

The food was ok, but they only had 1 worker it took 50 mins to get a 6 piece combo and not mention the worker was very disrespectful when I took my order he addressed me as an gentlemen I let it side until he did it again when the food was ready he said I was waiting for you “bro” and I said I’m not a “bro”. I felt he was very disrespectful and wanted a reaction it’s all about respect at your work place.
