We were very impressed with the team members, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the store during our visit tonight.
Every team member we encountered was courteous and well kept.
The overall appearance of the store was very clean.

My serves Neveah and Tylasia were very nice and patient with my family, I have 4 kids a and they made sure everyone was happy plates were clean and they made sure they cleared our table without us having to ask.They also advised the new pickle sandwich and it’s great, if u like fried pickles run don’t walk.

The people working at the Mount Vernon location are amazing! Landon, Braydon, Dean and Skylar provide excellent customer service. The new managers Neveah and Brandon are always so polite and ready to provide astronomical service. Morgan has been there for years and is always working hard in the back or upfront at the Register. My to go order was slowly prepared while the restaurant was practically empty. I saw my order given to someone who placed their order after me. They left, then returned shortly and gave it back to the server. The server put it back in the window. I was standing directly in front of the server at least 30 minutes, observing all of this. I will not ne back to this restaurant. I advise everyone to dine elsewhere.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Joe for being so helpful. I was in a hurry to make it back to work after a terrible morning and he was an absolute angel. He was so sweet and went out of his way to expedite my order after a slight mix up (on my part) and his kindness just really made my day. I will definitely return to this location.

We were traveling and stopped for a quick dinner. The employees were friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. We ordered potato soup; it was hot and tasted great. The sandwiches were done quickly and brought to our table as we were enjoying the soup. I was surprised to see everything was served on real plates!

Pretty disappointed with our most recent experience here. We drive through a few times a year and usually stop for lunch, but this visit fell short. I completely understand that it’s the holidays and the long line was expected. However, after being told they were out of broccoli, we ordered a fruit cup for the kids. When we returned from the restroom, we were then told they were also out of fruit and that our food would take an additional 40 minutes, after we had already waited about 20.
This was extremely frustrating. I asked to speak with a manager twice and was told the manager would not be coming. Ultimately, I requested a refund and left. Unfortunately, this was not a good customer service experience.
