Ordered pizza to pick up. Was given the wrong order. Didn’t realize until getting home. Called and told them what happened. Reordered. Went to pick up and they did not have the order. I sat and waited for them to prepare my 3rd order. Get home and still not what I had Ordered. I had this happen from another Mazzio’s and called this Mazzio’s thinking it would be better. Not the case. The food is bland. Service is lacking in every way imaginable.

Ok I have visited this place sporadically over the years and am reminded why I DON’T come here each time from issues mostly not cooking the pizza enough so its still kinda dough like to recently mixing up the salt and sugar and cooking the pepperoni under the cheese and the dough overloaded with sugar and the cinammon sticks being loaded with god knows how much salt instead of sugar. Better off going to the one on 19th than this place or do yourself a favor and get pizza hut instead.

Came in. Door bell went off. No one answered. Called out. No one answered. I can hear someone back there. A truck cane in at 4:32. The worker back there yelled, “there’s nothing I can do about this truck, it’s after 5.” I called out again. Again no answer. Waited there about 10 minutes or more. Left. No one acknowledged me. I heard two workers in the back. Bad attitudes too.

Ordered online for the first time. Asked for co tactless delivery, delivery person said they knocked and got no answer so left. No one knocked. Had to wait over an hour for a pizza and calzone and I paid 34$ for it. Negative first experience won’t be ordering again

Food is good but this craps right here is frustrating. I ordered ff for my kiddos and for 2 bucks you get a tiny order. I even counted them had less than 20 small fries in each box.
