I recently visited Shingo Japanese Restaurant in Wellington, and it truly is a hidden gem! From start to finish, everything was impressive. The miso soup was rich and comforting, and the ginger salad was fresh with a perfectly crispy bite. The sushi rolls had great flavor and were beautifully prepared. I also tried the chicken and broccoli dinner, which was delicious and presented with so much care.
Overall, the food was flavorful, fresh, and visually appealing. If you’re in the Wellington area and looking for an amazing Japanese spot, I highly recommend giving Shingo a try. You won’t be disappointed!

We ordered this amazing sushi boat from Shingo for our gathering, and everyone was blown away! The fish was so fresh, the rolls beautifully made, and the presentation absolutely stunning. Definitely ordering again!

Shingo is my go-to sushi spot. My husband and I order from here for every anniversary, Valentine’s Day, and celebration meal – this was even my first meal after I gave birth to my daughter! I recommend this place to everyone. The rolls are always fresh and delicious and we’ve never had a bad experience dining in or out. We love the My Ex GF roll and the Thunderstorm roll!

Food here is consistent. Menu is pretty big. Our family likes the ramen choices. Spicy pork is a favorite. We come here for sushi because it’s the most decent in the area, we just wish their was a more creative selection. They have all the basics nothing special or beyond the basics. Tuna, salmon, hamachi, but not much more in choices. They also have hand rolls. Their to go service seems to be very organized and busy. The servers are nice but service can be on the slower side.

I ordered some ramen bowl from them to go 4 years ago and was criticized by my family for the price to amount of food ratio they gave me. I couldn’t tell if the food was good from the constant naging. I was told to go back again because they had a restructuring of some kind. Probably will when im in the area and see how they are now. I’m still in the need of a good ramen place

It was our first time here and we liked it a lot! The fish was fresh, the menu had a lot of options, all of them looked delicious, the portions weren’t perfect, not huge, nor small, just perfect. The flavors where on point. The staff are not the typical pleasant waiters, but they do the job. The prices were good and adequate to the portions. We were happy with our meals. We will surely come back!

While staying in WPB with my friends and this being one of their favorite stops for ramen and my bestie being a foodie just like me…it made sense to try it. This is now on my top 5 best ramen joints in South Florida. It’s all about the broth and I say it every time. This was a heck of a pleasant surprise.
We ordered a cold spicy conch and octopus salad that was as delicious as it was refreshing, an order of gyoza and one Ying Yang roll to share between the three of us but the main event, the star of the show, was undoubtedly…the spicy pork ramen. I opted for mild and it did still have some kick to it but the depth of flavor on the broth was top tier. I see why they were hyping it so much and it’s now my favorite ramen joint in West Palm area until further notice. Service was also exceptional, amongst some of the best I’ve experienced this year.
