Pretty annoyed and have never dealt with this type of issue before. I placed an order today for pick up around 1229pm and you can clearly see there’re no Italian sausages on it. It was a deal for 2 toppings then the guy I spoke to said he made it and will get me a new one but I have to bring this in for proof? Like seriously I’ll send a picture. I can’t leave my job site and by when I get off what’s the point by then? Lunch is over. Another pizza by later doesn’t do me any good. I’ve never had people tell me that, I’m very irritated by this employee and even though I work close by I might not bring my business to this location anymore. We order there on and off and never had as much an issue until today. You act like I’m lying yet you see you didn’t put on both toppings. Whoever the manager is to needs to do better. My order number was 1056131. I should have got the name because that’s not how you should be to your customers.

I have called to ask for a refund. Yesterday I came in to pick up my order, I was standing at the front lobby for 5-7 minutes with out a worker coming up to me. Also they gave me the wrong order, and the pizza that was given to me was soggy..

Fantastic customer service! Needed help with the app and pick up times, they were accommodating and helped me out. They were definitely customer-oriented and did a great job.
Pizza and crazy bread were good, it’s on point with all the other Little Caesar’s pizza I’ve had. It was delicious and went fast, zero leftovers!
App worked good once I got the hang of it, we were able to order through the app while out and about, then stopped on the way home from a softball game, scanned the code on the app, and we got our order, hot and ready!
I highly recommend this place, I hope they keep up the great customer service work and quality of the food, we need a hot and ready pizza place on this part of town.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza through Uber. Apparently I can order that from the app, but the store called me directly after 3 Uber drives attempted to pick up my order, to tell me they stopped making pretzel crust pizzas, a month ago. That’s literally all I order from you guys. Why is it advertised, and on the menu of Little Ceasers App for me to place an order, if the store isn’t going to make it anymore? I waited over an hour just to be told that nonsense. I ordered through Uber because I am unable to drive myself at the moment. But now I have to order somewhere else because you guys wasted my time. Terrible. And the store notified all 3 Uber drivers but waited until the 3rd one came to pick it up to actually call me and tell me what was going on.

This Little Caesars has been consistently disappointing. I know not to expect much from Little Caesars in general, but when compared to the other locations in Lincoln, this one is by far the worst I’ve been to.
This location gives me the impression that they prioritize cost cutting above literally everything else. Every pizza I’ve ever gotten here was about 30% pizza (concentrated in the middle) and 70% crust. They do not use enough toppings, cheese, sauce, or dough to even come close to what other LC’s provide.
On top of all of that, everything (apart from pre-packaged items) I’ve ever had from this location was overcooked to some degree. So not only is the pizza stretched so thin that it’s basically bread with some untasteable cheese, it’s also borderline burnt to remove any detectable flavor left.
Even the Little Caesars that’s in the grocery store out in Air Park doesn’t have these problems – they use enough ingredients and don’t burn their pizza. Despite the distance, I would recommend going out there for your LC’s fix than going to this one on Superior.

Considered ordering but this location won’t accept deliveries past 7pm. Please change your hours. People are still considering options for dinner at these hours. Seems a bit unrealistic for a major pizza chain to stop deliveries prior to at least 9pm. I would imagine that this location is losing out on a lot of potential business. While I will be checking back to order at a later date, not every customer is as forgiving, especially in this day and age. Hope to hear some positive changes soon!

Ordered delivery and the dasher delivered to wrong address tried to contact the store and Doordash and the lady at the store (manager) said there as nothing they could do but try to call the owner. Tried calling later and she said the best they could do was a basic cheese or pepperoni for free I order two stuffed crust and crazy bread for my kids dinner and the best you could do is one large for free. Ps the dasher refused to answer there phone and doordash said they could offer a refund in 10 business days and the dasher also refused there phone calls as well so beware when ordering from here.

Website says that close at 8 so I tried to order a pizza for 7. The app doesn’t say so but it won’t accept your card. So after madly entering 3 different cards I called. Recipient says I can’t order a pizza for 8 because they close at 7. Well duh.

I ordered two pizzas and an Italian cheese bread. One pizza was going to be Italian sausage with bacon, the other peperoni with bacon. Got home, open them up… there’s two pizzas with Italian sausage and peperoni! Made for two unhappy kids, one doesn’t like Italian sausage, the other doesn’t like peperoni.
