There’s no way the 5 star reviews on here are real. You’d think I’d have learned my lesson by now, but I keep stopping by for a quick bite. Every time I stop here, EVERY SINGLE TIME, something is either missing from my order or half of my food is completely different from what I ordered. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Is the food good? Sure. It’s Taco Bell. But MY GOD can we get the freaking orders correct at least once??? I mean, I’m still paying for what I ordered, but not receiving it. I feel like it’s really not too much to ask.

Look, I know we’re talking about TacoBell here…but this one is my favorite. I’ve got half a dozen equidistant TB options around me, so I know what to expect normally.
Everything I come to this location, I get personable, fast, accurate service. They don’t struggle with my little adjustments, they don’t slop down all the beef on one side and lettuce on the other, nothing is coming apart or broken, the ingredients don’t come off as stale leftovers or forgotten in the back of the freezer.

I’m really not sure why all Taco Bells don’t operate like this one… Extremely quick and on top of it service, friendly staff, 100% accurate order! Even the lobby was super clean!! By far the best Taco Bell I’ve been too and completely worth the 2 1/2 hour ride for chili cheese burritos!!!

The entire crew at this store needs some serious retraining. They completely ignored their inside guest and only seemed to want to help their drive thru guests. One inside guest had to wait an 45 minutes for her order another inside guest had waited a full hour before finding out his order had been completely ignored. Prompting him to demand a refund before storming out. I waiting’s 20 minutes for my order and when I got it home found out I was shorted one item. This crew needs to fired and replaced.

Wish I had zero stars for a rating! First came through the drive through on our way home and was greeted with attitude and rudeness over the drive through. Trying to not be rude back just stated needed another second to order and was greeted with more rudeness. Not a problem everyone has a bad day every once in a while, then.our food order was the largest catastrophe I’ve ever seen wrapped in paper. It was so bad some of our order couldn’t even be eaten and was just thrown away.
Expected more of our Taco Bell, I understand decent labor is in short supply anymore but no one is forcing you to work there. Take pride in your ownership or find something else that doesn’t make you hate your dad.

Dine-in customers now have to order at a kiosk; the menu has been removed behind the counter. Customers then get the joy of sitting on hard wood chairs in a completely uninviting dining area.

I had to come on and leave a review for the Taco Bell in enumclaw. My family loves Taco Bell and out of all the Taco Bell’s in a 50 mil radius. This location is always the best quality food! I’m always disappointed at other locations. But enumclaw always nails it!!

Service has gone downhill they refused to take our order at the counter we had to use the kiosk. They packed our dine in order in a to-go bag and was not marked so we knew who got what. And they could care less when this was brought to their attention. Overall satisfaction I give it an F! Pictured is their idea of making a special order

Well, I worked in customer service and the food service industry for over 20 years. These guys are doing a great job, it’s difficult 4 a place like Taco Bell to come into a town that is smaller like Enumclaw. The local folks around here know what they like and anything new has to prove its salt and show that it’s willing to become an actual part of the community and not just a cookie cutter fast food place that turns a quick buck. This Taco Bell was really designed and built with quality in mind so that integrating itself into Enumclaw for the long run should be a thing of ease and Grace. The food is always top notch and almost always perfectly correct. The couple times that I had to return an item, they replaced it super quick, pleasantly with a smile. They remade it in under 90 seconds and give me coupons for free food for the next time I came in. The customer service, honestly, went above and beyond any fast food joint I’ve been to. Some of the counter employees new the company will enough did they were able to give me Taco Bell history for about 10 minutes and came out from around the counter to open the front doors for me when I was leaving because my hands were full. If you ask me, I don’t think they’re going to have a problem at all proving why are they are now part of our hometown. Maybe it’s about time we stop being so hard on them and just make them feel welcome in Enumclaw.
