Fantastic food, huge portions! Really terrific Italian food, which, tbf, I was skeptical of in OK, like I’ve never had great in the 4 years I’ve lived here, but in Poteau, OK I found it! Definitely a “family” not a fancy place but the food was fantastic! Great free breads, fantastic Marsala sauce on my chicken and mushrooms. Huge portions. Taste of Italy (chicken parm, pasta Alfredo & lasagna) easily enough for 2. chicken parm had 2 large cutlets too. Penne with vodka was delicious as well with delicious sausage and mushrooms. Did not get great pics but absolutely would highly recommend if you’re in the area. Bout 30 min from Talimena Scenic Biway which is stunning!

We moved from OKC to the Poteau area about 1 year ago and have found Milano’s to be the BEST authentic Italian food we’ve had anywhere! We’ve dined-in multiple times and always take our visiting out-of-town relatives and guests there for dinner. Besides their delicious entrées, we highly recommend their Supreme Pizza! We enjoy it as take-out at least once a month; it’s our all-time favorite!! The service is always top notch and the food is exceptional. Thanks Milano’s for providing a first class restaurant in Southeastern Oklahoma!

We found this spot looking for a good pizza spot while in Poteau Oklahoma. All I can say is wow! From the moment we walked through the door till the time we left, everything was amazing! I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and my fiancé ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza, both were absolutely delicious and the Ravioli was the best I have ever had and I have been all over the states and even to Italy! The service was amazing and the food cannot be beat! Thank you Milanos for coming in clutch and becoming my newest favorite little spot!

We were driving through town for our honeymoon and tried this place. It was the best Italian food I’ve ever had! The bread was homemade, the Italian dressing homemade, and the food was delicious. If we are in the area again we will absolutely come by for lunch again. This was our favorite restaurant the entire trip!

The food here is very good. I got the lunch Chicken Parmesiana, at $12.95, the non lunch is $14.95, and Garlic Bread with Cheese at $4.95. It comes with side of spaghetti and bread. I think the prices are good and there is lots of food. There were 2 large breasts. I highly recommend this establishment.

Unsure what others had but the food here is great.
The pasta is not from a box, doesn’t make you feel bloated. Italian sausage is best I’ve had.
Sauces are perfect, you can tell this has some real Italian touch to it.
The Cannolis you can’t miss out on.
Don’t pass on these.
My only suggestion is being clear about the salads not being part of the entree.
Did not realize they don’t have side salads only salads as entree.

We had a party of 14, and the service was very accommodating. The menu had a nice variety of options and I liked that they had pizza for the children. Our server was nice and you can tell this is authentic Italian food from a nice Italian family. I will definitely be back when I am in poteau. Don’t question eating here you won’t be disappointed!

TWO PIECES OF HAIR IN FOOD. Me and my girl thought we’d try Milano’s tonight and we were greeted with an amazing waiter and atmosphere but as we got our food which did taste wonderful, we found one piece of hair that didn’t belong to neither of us and let our waiter know.The manager that came over to us said they had a “policy” that they can’t do anything after we’ve touched the food after this we accepted that it was a small mistake then proceeded to eat. After a few more bites we found another hair in the same dish. We lost our appetite. Hope you all get this sorted out thank you to our waiter.
