Con: Only few menu items have photo so use Doordash online to see pics with menu. No restroom. Very small restaurant only 3 tables, take out more practical. BBQ spare ribs too fatty to even cut with silverware, lupia was bland. Food is pricey compared to other fast food.

Perfection! Chicken Katsu was so crispy and juicy. The rice was cooked perfectly and the macaroni salad I could eat by the boatload. Really great portions and fast and friendly service. So glad we have L&L in Benicia!!

First time I came here. Macaroni was cold and good but food, which I got the barbecue mix plate was plain and not seasoned well. Second time I ordered food here, the macaroni was so hot, it was inedible. I called and asked him if I could get a cold macaroni spoke with the manager, and he said the macaroni always comes this way. I told him if he did not give me edible macaroni, I would never come back here again. Which apparently he is okay with losing business in a small town already. Definitely will never go back here again.

Go to Got Plate Lunch instead; tried to order a Kalua Pork & Lau Lau combo, tried to charge me for BOTH KALUA & LAU LAU separate plates. Had to describe that I wanted a Kalua & Lau Lau combo plate, not two separate plates. Ended up being charged $19.50 instead of advertised $17.50 on the menu boards. Decided I had enough of trying to explain my order, this will be the last time I go here. Support local instead.

Food is good. It just opened so we’ll see how it holds up. Service lacking. No greeting or offer of service/help. Workers were more consumed with carrying on their break room conversation. I was asked over three times if I needed utensils to which my answer was yes – only to find NO utensils or napkins with my order. Hiring team do better or this place won’t last too long.
