Really enjoyed our visit here! Lots of great beer options and the team was super helpful with their recommendations! The Bearmosa was delightful! We got the Colorado smash burger and Colorado pizza and they were both tasty. We ended up swinging in again before the Super Bowl to grab some to-go beer to bring to our friends. Will definitely be going back again soon!

I tried this place out with a group of friends tonight and we had a great time! In particular, the beers were especially great with a good variety of styles. I did not have a single one that I didn’t like! The food menu was good too. We tried several of the pizzas and their fries and garlic cheese curds and all were delicious! Like others, I was sad to see Trinity Brewing close down, but I’m very happy that the space has been taken over by such a high-quality brewery. An excellent new addition to Colorado Springs’ brewery scene, and I will return!

Amazing new addition to the northwest side! I had the opportunity to attend a training evening where the brewery was fully operational and slinging beers and food. The staff were all incredibly friendly and they handled the rush flawlessly. The beer offerings were plentiful and touched on an assortment of styles.
The pizza options are also fantastic—the Colorado pizza had a nice chewy crust that was perfectly executed. The green chiles packed a nice spicy punch! Plenty of beer and wine offerings to go as well.

I’ve been to the Garden of the Gods 105 West Brewing location twice now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Springs. The food is consistently delicious, the beer is even better, and the whole space just feels welcoming and well thought out.
They have high chairs for kiddos, great merch, and the outdoor seating is dog-friendly, which is a huge win for anyone who loves bringing their pup along. The views are absolutely incredible, and every time I’ve visited, the staff has been so friendly and genuinely kind.
Whether you’re grabbing a beer after a hike, meeting friends, or just looking for a laid-back place with great vibes, this location is such a gem. Highly recommend stopping in!

Full disclosure, I was a huge fan of Trinity. Since 2008 when they opened I’d visited countless times across ownerships, enjoying the amazing vegan food, going weekly to watch Packers games, and even had my wedding reception there last year. Going back after 105 West purchased the space was like meeting up with an ex, so inevitably any experience here was going to be a comparison.
Aesthetically it’s definitely different, which I know is intentional. It’s neater, though I think needs some time to develop some more character lest it run the risk of feeling sterile.
The drinks are good! The blackberry sour and Deez Nuts were the best I sampled, as well as the huckleberry mead.
The vegan options are dramatically scaled back which is disappointing, but the option of the vegan pizza is appreciated, and the execution is solid. I hope to see more as they continue to flesh out their identity in the COS market – perhaps an offering like Trinity’s elite seitan wings.
The service, as well as the gratuity-free policy, are the standouts. All of the crew were attentive and personable, and clearly passionate about their craft.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and the effort put in to the launch of their 2nd location is apparent. Recognizing that they’re working to establish their own identity and not trying to be Trinity 2.0, I’m willing to try to be as objective as possible and enjoy them as their own thing. My only hope is that in the pursuit of being distinctly themselves, they’re not too stubborn to embrace some of the traditions that made Trinity such a Colorado Springs institution for nearly 2 decades.

I was so excited for this place to open, and I was very pleased with my experience on opening day. Had 2 flights and all the beers (IPAs – my fave) were excellent. Service was great – I didn’t get any food this time but for sure will on my next visit. Love that they have new bar stools with backs – not just for us old folks, they’re very comfortable!

With Trinity gone, could not have asked for a better beer or food experience to take their place. Food was delicious, beer was very good, and service was great! Extremely friendly and welcoming. Welcome to the Springs, 105West. Happy to have you here.
