Arrived at Wendy’s in my RV hoping the inside dining room was open and it wasn’t. My RV was too big to fit through the drive thru so I asked the kind staff if there was a way to order. The lady who helped me was super sweet and told me to order online and that we could just walk up. Once we finished ordering we walked up and I told the nice lady at the drive thru my name for the order. They told me to just give them a few minutes. I was sitting in my RV when I hear a knock on my driver door. The manager had come out all the way to my RV to give us our food! I love Wendy’s but the staff here made me realize that food, whether it’s fast or gourmet, taste so much better when the people who serve you, take care of you like their own.

Deathly slow service.
Barty was the only employee working the rest were a detriment to this company.
In front of me, an employee told Barty to “stop taking any more orders” because the line was too long, instead of helping her.
We waited 27 minutes for our Grilled #8 Combo after paying and waited also 15 minutes in line prior to the order. A total of 42 minutes waiting
Never ever would come back here in a long time if the line situation is not improved (change of employee work ethic is necessary)

My apple pecan salad was messed up. I asked for the cheese to be switched @ the drive thru. When I glance into my bag when received didn’t see any cheese. But to my surprise the cheese I asked to be removed (blue cheese) was under my chicken.
