Used to come here often over last several years was surprised to see a new setup, food doesn’t taste the same and they charged me 32$ for 6 tacos. Yes 32$ for 6 tacos. They are not transparent on their prices. Steak was a little dry but it wasn’t terrible. Save yourself some money and go to mexout and get 6 tacos and a drink for 20$ .

I got the steak tacos. They were good. The steak was chewy, and a few bites were fat and gristle. The staff was super friendly. This is a Honduras type Spanish food. But the chicken tacos tasted weird to me.

After first tasting the food I wanted to badly to want to come back here as it was very good. Halfway through my pork taco though, I find 2 massive pieces of raw pork. Not just a little raw, but couldn’t even bite through it, or cut it with my fork at all. Completely slimy and undercooked. Still, I ate some of the other food I had, and again, I thought it was very good. Thinking it was a simple mistake, I brought the rest home, warmed it up, and moved on to my chicken tacos. On my 2nd chicken taco, I discover a hard object in my mouth. Thought maybe it was again a raw piece of meat, but no, it was a piece of bone probably the size of a quarter. Good thing I felt it and didn’t swallow it. Maybe this was just a fluke, because the food had such a wonderful taste, and the building was a authentic Mexican experience. Although the prices are pretty high for this type of food, I would pay it if it was done correctly since the taste was so good. So much potential, but when multiple health hazards arise in one plate, I won’t be back unfortunately.

Me and my fiance seem to make a special trip to go there and eat cause their food is always hot and fresh to order, plus they’re Popusa’s have a unique flavor with every bite. They’re food always fills us up that we usually take the rest home to eat later that evening. If you haven’t been there to try their food you should really go check them out.

I’ve made a post about this location but now it’s under a new management and honestly it’s not the same. Price has gone up drastically which I of course understand. Food doesn’t quite hit like it used to. The rojo sauce and salsa verde doesn’t taste the same either. I used to brag about it a lot but now I don’t think I will. I won’t give a lower score than I already have now but I’ve been coming to this spot since I was 10 now 26 and personally I may have to find a new spot now. But hey maybe my tastebuds weren’t working that day don’t let it scare you away. Good luck to the business!

Well when it was Mercidados if I’ve even spelled that right … it was amazing . Now it’s under new management and the food isn’t good any more .. and it’s higher price for lower quality. I will not be back . Oh and the customer service was Terrible. Oh and the owner below me obviously doesn’t comprehend. Nothing that was said in the response had anything to do with my review . My meal was 25.00 and some change by the way . And I didn’t get a discount or ask you for anything free..
