This is the second time that I’ve ordered extra egg and they haven’t put it in thinking that I won’t notice. They charge me extra for the EXTRA egg that they’re not putting in my salad. They didn’t even put cheese in my salad. Do better, this is getting ridiculous. Stop over charging customers when you’re not giving them extra of what they pay for. Do better Christians.

That chicken sandwich was hotter than the Hobbs of hades made a left out onto Mahoning ivenue took a quick bite without looking yowzers ! I about burned the roof of my old pie hole clean off good thing the pickle was there used as a shield between the bun and the slice of American cheese I would have been a done for . Next time I am going to let that sucker cool down before reaching into the bag 32 degree wind chill was no match for that sucker .That was a steamin hot breast of chicken brother if that doesn’t put some lead in your pencil I don’t know what will lord have mercy

Salad is so good and so were the fries. The fries were fresh and delicious. The only reason why I’m giving Chick-fil-A a 4 star instead of 5 is because they have their employees standing out taking orders in 90 degree weather when there’s a heat wave going on. The other employee told me that they switch turns when I said something to the window. It doesn’t matter if they switch turns every hour it’s too hot to stand out there for an hour with a cooler of water and a little fan. Chick-fil-A should be ashamed of themselves letting their employees stand out there during a heat wave and they don’t even get paid enough for that. They work minimum wage jobs and have their employees stand out in the heat. Then they claim to be a Christian fast food restaurant. We’re talking about health, not just that they’re not being paid enough to stand out there. I was so concerned. They need to be inside when it’s above 85 let alone 92 degrees outside.

Austintown Ohio, I tried the Smokehouse BBQ spicy sandwich and it was as quality as a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich could be. Chick-Fil-a sauce and Polynesian sauce are my go to. Next time I will try their Mac N Cheese.

My food was stone cold by the time i got home. Which was a five minute drive. I had asked for everything fresh to order. I couldn’t even eat my food I gave it to my dog. They said they were out of mac and cheese didn’t even specify if it was a wait time or they were sold out. Very disappointing should have just gotten a refund.

The fact that I order DoorDash while I’m working and receive the wrong drink and contacted chick fil a because of the sticker ig being wrong is a joke. They told me they can’t do anything even though it is chick fil as fault. I have never had an issue at boardman but austintown… seriously? And she was so rude on the phone. Austintown CFA what are you doing? Train your employees the right way to do orders and talk to customers. As you can tell by the pictures they’re mistake and they won’t do anything about it? So wrong.

Stopped for a breakfast bowl with sausage this morning and it was horrible. There was hardly anything in the bowl. The sausage wasn’t crumbled like it has been at other stores and the cheese was pretty much nonexistent.
