Food is disgusting. I ordered a kids meal for my son and the carnitas looked like shredded dried up beef jerky. Tasted inedible. Ive never had a worse Chipotle experience. The fruit that came with my sons meal was the tiniest orange and it was bruised and moldy.

Showed up with two customers in front. Most of the food xtra trays were almost empty. Took for ever to get my bowl prepared and when I finally got it done she asked me to wait a sec. She continued to help others in line with bigger orders. At that point I’ve had it and walked off to Pollo Loco down the st. Worse service ever.

I finally stopped by to try the Keithadilla. I believe initially it could only be ordered through the Chipotle app, but today I was able to walk in an order at the counter. Once home, I unboxed my meal and it was still very warm. The cardboard container that it’s packed in really kept the food insulated. The quesadilla had steak, cheese, and fajita veggies. Paired with the sour cream vinaigrette I think that it’s a really good combination and I was very please overall with the food. The only thing I didn’t like were some really chewy pieces of the steak that I had to throw out. In the future I would order this with chicken instead of steak but this quesadilla is solid!

Eh, we decided to leave chipotle alone for a while ever since their prices have gone up and you get less and less but we decided to come here for the BOGO entree and the price was still ridiculous. Now I get charging a little more for double meat but $7!? If I’m going to pay $7 extra for double (if that’s what you can even call it any more) then every bite better be edible in which there was a number of steak pieces that were undercooked or all fat.. honestly I don’t even know because I didn’t chew long enough to find out… YUCK . Some of the employees are pleasant while others need to work on it to say the least. I remember when Chipotle actually gave you a fat burrito (husbands was half the size they use to be) and decent amount of meat on your bowls. After today’s trip we’re leaving Chipotle alone.. they’re decent but they are not that damn good for the prices they charge and what you actually get.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Employees were very UNFRIENDLY and slow and stingy with the food. Ended up with a bowl that was half the size that I usually get at other locations. Probably for the best since the lettuce was wilty and the chicken was cold. Definitely won’t be back

I have to say this is the first time I have been at this store Ryan is the manager for the heat when I came in there was three men working so hard still smiling and doing everything they can to keep the store running beautifully and clean and each worker is very meticulous about their work. I’m so proud of these boys. they deserve so much more than what I’ve been sitting here watching the lion has not stopped and they keep going like robot still smiling, and cleaning every Customer, I will be contacting corporate as well to let them know what a beautiful job these guys are doing so whoever The district managers remember the three guys that were working tonight because the one that was making the food in the front the one that was preparing, the outgoing order is on the right and the one cooking in the back Amazing hard workers
And I won’t forget Ryan’s big smile, including to me as I told him how I thought about how hard they were he seemed very proud. The food was amazing and since I left that out.
