If I could give 10 I would! This place is just that delicious! Ridiculously addictive and they treat you like family. My recommendation is start at top of menu, than go down the list. You’ll never be disappointed, she makes fresh every day!
I eat here weekly and miss it dearly when I leave town!

I lived in Japan for 9 years, this is the most delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine in town! Had the pork katsudon and tried the chicken katsudon and the very interesting and tasty blue rice (not something I’d seen in Japan before, but very tasty). They even had melon soda (my kids were thrilled). Great service, excellent quality, worth every penny!

This was my first visit with the family. 3 of us ordered different ramen bowls and the little one asked to have fried rice. All four of us enjoyed our lunch there. Our server was attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try the other varieties and flavors.

We wanted to eat Ramen after our cold day adventure. Parking is limited but, we did go a a good time. Atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. Only one waitress but very attentive. Love all the origami birds hanging and in vases. The food was delish especially the gyoza they closed a little early. We were their last customers. Glad we didn’t go later. Close time stated 8:30. I would call to make sure they’re still open if you’re planning to go after 8.

RAMEN recipes straight from Japan.
Authentic, savory, noodles & broth true to the cuisine! Crunchy vegetables and well balanced.
Don’t be fooled by the flashier places in Anchorage, this place is where it’s at.

The staff were amazing and so was the Ramen
My family loves Ramen so we make it a point to try Ramen restaurants in different areas of Alaska and one of our goals is to continue to try Ramen throughout our travels
And this is by far the most flavorful broth I have tried in Alaska
And the portions are perfect
The pork was flavorful, and the bamboo added, had taken on the flavor of the broth
I definitely recommend and we will definitely be back

Simple and delicious. Reminds me of ramen places I’ve been to in Japan. Ordered extra veggies and was a good portion. Would definitely come again!

We’ve been wanting to try this place in our neighborhood for a while. Glad we did! Food and service were great. I had the tonkatsu ramen and can’t wait to come back and try others.

You can’t call it RAMEN. I love ramen and have tried it all over the states & Japan. Eggs are too salty and not really fresh, Chasu pork is too dry. When we complain about the eggs, owner replies wasn’t very helpful, she said : it was suppose to taste that way.
Good “soup noodles” though
