From the moment I stepped inside I was greeted. The server was so amazing and friendly. She walked me through every step. The food was good full of flavor. The chicken was packed on the nachos and then she offered a freshly baked cookie. Well that was. Great selling point being warm out of the oven. The sitting area was clean and not one crumb on the floor. I walked around to see what I could find. Nothing! Very clean and friendly. I would recommend to come eat and enjoy a meal. They have a great kids selection as well.

I’ve really enjoyed my experiences at Burrito Shak. The food is consistently flavorful and mostly fresh, and I appreciate that they offer gluten free options without hesitation. As someone who has to be mindful about what I eat, it’s such a relief to be able to customize bowls and burritos with confidence and still end up with something delicious.
The salsa bar is a great touch, too. It’s nice to be able to mix and match flavors, add extra heat, or try something new each time. It gives the place a fun, build-your-own vibe that makes the meal feel a little more personal.
If I had to point out anything, the warm holding area can look a little questionable at times. Nothing major or deal-breaking, just something you notice walking by. Even so, everything I’ve been served has tasted mostly fresh and well prepared.
What really stands out is the staff. Every visit I’ve had, the team has been eager, kind, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s answering questions about ingredients, talking through gluten free options, or just greeting you with a smile, they make the experience feel warm and welcoming.
Overall, Burrito Shak delivers great food with great service, and it remains one of my go-to spots when I want something fast, tasty, and customizable.

Really impressed. Young but professionally mature staff that made me feel at ease ordering for the first time. Got 3 tacos with chicken, asked for all the veggies, I so needed veggies. Got an old school punch card for a free 11th entree, love that nostalgia since I don’t wanna another app lol! Great experience so far, so how was the food? Oh my… Best chips, thick salsa, perfect chicken. I can afford all this flavor? Yes, 10 times yes. I’ll even spring for fish next time even though man it’s gonna be hard to beat the chicken. Now I need to try all the proteins. Dang it burrito shake, I’m hooked.

Saw all the 5 stars reviews so thought I would give it a try. Did online order and expected to see station to pick-up when I entered but there was not one. One person on food line and one at cash register. One lady wanted her money refunded because she had been waiting a long time and had to get back to work. I had to wait on food (tacos), when I got it home (1/2) mile from Burrito Shak it was cold and soggy. Not a good first impression. Don’t plan on returning.

This place is awesome. They always have fresh ingredients, priced fairly, clean and inviting environment. The customer service is next level. Specifically, Dylan deserves a shout out. He was so friendly, gave helpful suggestions, and was patient and really went above be and beyond. I will 100% be a frequent return customer!

By far much better than any Moe’s or Chipotle type burrito place. The flavor of the meats, sauces and salsa’s is fantastic. (Jalapeno BBQ and the Baja Vinaigrette are must haves!) I would definitely buy some if they bottled it. (Hint hint)

The food is a good step away from the usual fast food restaurants. They make a variety of dishes with lots of choices to customize your meal. The standard meals come in a bowl or as a taco. Service was good, the place was clean, and the food is tasty.

I went in for a burrito and left stuffed like a burrito. You have to go with an appetite or you feel like you wasted your money, or take a cheap date and split the plate. I got the spicy one, it was big and flavorful, washed it down with sweet tea. The tea was so sweet anyone with the diabetes better tame it down with a splash of water. About an hour later, not like Chinese food, I got little unsettling in the belly and I thought them spices had done got me. Luckily it was only a gas bubble and passed right on through. I did forget to get my card punched, I am working towards that FREE lunch. Just means I gotta go back. I do recommend this place and it’s friendly employees.
